MONROE HEALTH AND REHABILITATION CENTER

The staff was well-educated and professional. Most of the time slow at medications not designated times due to the capacity of clients at the facility due clients personal issues and such. The food could use just a little help with bigger portions. Activities outside the building would we more accessible during the week so possibly clients to get proper sunlight. The nurses sometimes seem understaffed at times but as due to reasons clients personal issues at the facility. I was taking care of and a pleasurable, proper, and loving conditions. I highly recommend it to those in need of rehabilitation services or nursing home services. Very clean facility, showering, bathing and cleaning for clients very well. I give a big out, To all the staff members that the assisted me at my six week journey and the rehabilitation from my surgery. Thank you guys and maybe see you on my next journey of surgery coming up in December.

The staff here are wonderful. They do everything they can to make you feel welcome and at home. I lost my leg due to diabetes. My stay here was great ! The therapist and other staff are just the best.

Excellent care with wonderful hearts at this facility! The staff are all amazing really trying their absolute best to care for each person. I cannot say enough about the care they provided for my Dad. Amy in Admissions is easy to reach and will go the extra mile to help; Holly in Social Services is very communicative and helpful; Sabrina, The DON, is top notch with her professional and people skills; Brad and Sonya in therapy are AWESOME! A shout out to Babette, Vivian, Heather, Marjorie, Crystal, and I only wish I could remember everyone’s names. Even the kitchen staff and aides are superb! It all starts with management and trickles down. The HR guy and Jason, the Administrator are all excellent. Thank you and we will miss every one of you! ❤️

My Mom has been there one week for rehab, the call lights go unanswered for well over 20 minutes, the food is disgusting, undercooked and cold, night meds aren’t given until after 11 p.m. the smell will knock you over when you walk in the front door especially on the weekends because most of the workers are out back smoking. This place should be shut down. The picture is of under cooked chicken patty and ice cold fries that was served for lunch today October 31,2025

The staff is loving and caring. Always willing to help. The kitchen staff always provide my dad with alternate food as he is pickey. I love the activities, warm days outside, movies and popcorn! Field trip outings are wonderful. They all go above and beyond!! SO GLAD I BROUGHT MY DADDY HERE!!!!
