I was recently at Hackett Hill rehab and was very pleased with my care. The staff is very professional and with a lot of experience. Any need you have will be met if possible of course. The menu for the food was very good too. Everything I ate there was very good and plenty. I would not hesitate to go there again if need be.

I had a wonderful experience at Hackett Hill Nursing Home. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always ensuring that residents feel comfortable and valued. The Director of Nursing (DON) is doing an amazing job, leading the team with compassion and dedication. The facility is clean and well-organized, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Residents have access to a variety of engaging activities that promote social interaction and well-being. Overall, Hackett Hill provides a supportive environment where loved ones can thrive. Highly recommended! and the activities director haillee comes up with brilliant social activities for these residents! such a wonderful place for loved ones!
I called the social worker Taylor 20 times in one month. She never called me back. My brother needed a psych consult consult. He was there for a month. She never called no one my brother I wanted VNA To do home care, she went ordered pathways, and they told my brother that if he had his keys and wallet That his family can take care of him and that he has to clean his house I called her 20 times in one month. She never did a psych consult. It takes three weeks to get an appointment. He could’ve been on meds now and now he’s a mental health mess. The nurses aid at Hackett Hill. A great therapy is great, but Taylor the social worker is useless. She didn’t even order his insulin. I never met the woman 20 times I called her. Don’t put your loved one in Hackett Hill. They suck.
I love Hackett Hill and their staff SO much! They are kind and understanding and we're really there for me when I needed them. I will truly miss seeing them everyday.
Good care. Pleasant, competent staff gave my brother everything he needed to get well.
