My mother has been a resident here for 5 years. Steven the director is amazing and greets each resident every morning and is always available to address any needs and does so in a timely manner. The staff are amazing and truly care and love the residents which includes all staff . They have many activities daily, my mom's favorite is bingo in which they get to choose a prize such as small bag of chips, candy, etc. They have singers come and residents love that especially the Elvis impersonator. My sister and I had Thanksgiving dinner with our mom there 11/19/25 , the tables were nicely dressed and food was amazing the staff put alot of hard work daily into caring for the residents medically and mentally. The nurse practitioner is amazing .All staff notice if a change in a resident and let nurse practitioner know and she immediately evaluates and starts testing on the resident. I worked at level one trauma center and another big hospital as a place and respiratory therapist, so Ive seen alot. I have peace of mind as I know the staff is very competent and goes above and beyond for every resident, so I don't have to worry about my mom being take.care of at all. Steven and his team are a blessing to all the residents there and I am so very thankful for the great care and love they have for my mom and all the residents.
I would like to say that the staff at Willow Ridge has been very great and friendly to my mother. She has received good care. I visit her very often and she seems to be doing very well. She gets good therapy. All the staff is friendly and I am proud of them and the way they take care of my mother.
I'm very pleased with the care my Father has received. The nurses and all the staff have been very professional. Dad is very happy with the care and attention he has been given. We thank God for helping us choose Willow Ridge Center. We also enjoy the other residents there. I would highly recommend Willow Ridge Center to others needing a wonderful place for their loved ones.
This facility is absolutely disgusting there is trash that is left in the hallways on the floor, and nurses just walk right past it without throwing it away. My aunt was in this facility and was not given the proper care she deserved as a patient and as a human being; which ultimately lead up to her passing away on 08/06/2025. If you are considering putting a loved one in this facility, I would look anywhere else besides here.
My sister passed away 8/6 after being in this facility. Yes, she had a terminal illness (Huntingtons Disease) but was not dying until she fell 3 times in one day and had a deep gash on her head. Never given medication properly, bathed, or teeth brushed. She had a rash all her whole body over a year so bad that she looked like a burn victim which was severe scabies. Could never get the rash cleared up to move her to a new facility. This facility absolutely does not care about anyone they let me and my other sister walk out of that facility without saying "I'm sorry for your loss" or "We send our condolences". The directors office is right by the front door and he and the nursing director were in there and they let us walk out without saying one word. To me personally thats one of the things that hurts the worst.
