AUTUMNWOOD OF MCBAIN

I've been super impressed with Autumnwood and their staff. Every time my family and I have gone in to visit our neighbor everyone is extremely kind and helpful. The building is very clean no "weird" smells. We always enjoy talking to the other residents while we are there and they always seem very happy . I have been to several other nursing homes and Autumnwood is definitely one of the nicest ones I've been to .

Before I chose, Autumnwood fior my mother. I toured other facilities in the area. This facility stood out by far. My mother had a great experience here the therapy far surpassed our expectations. The staff was kind and friendly. The facility was extremely clean. My mom will be a repeat Customer anytime she needs rehab services

The facility needs a remodel but the staff is wonderful! They are kind, caring and perfectly suited for their roles. I wish they weren’t so overworked but they are doing all that they can despite the limitations of today’s healthcare situation. Great job, Autumnwood staff! Thank you!!

My family didn't get much choice as to where my father went after the hospital, this was the option with an open bed. My dad was there for a week, and it was a week from HELL! I'll spare you the gory details but I will say, 1 roommate tried to sexual assault my dad, (mon) 1roommate screamed at everyone that walked by, (tue) 1 roommate got out of bed and fell into my dad setting in a chair (thur) Friday I was able to get my father into another facility. The staff was nice, they apologized over and over, but W.T.H. Would I recommend it? No Way! The nurse and cna staff work 12 to 16 hr days, they dont have enough staff. The place is full, theres no separation between patients, therapy and residents are mixed in together, its an old folks warehouse. Find a different place, I dont recommend going here! P.S. I had to give it a star because it wouldn't post without it.

CENAS and nurses were wonderful!! CENAS genuinely care and are very short staffed. They could use more CENAS! The wait times to be put into bed from being sitting in a wheelchair all day is horrendous Staff is very short staffed. Everyone is apologizing for the wait.
