Working at Courtyard Rehabilitation has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my career. From my very first day, I could tell that this facility truly values both its residents and its staff. The environment is warm, team-oriented, and focused on providing quality care to every resident. The leadership team fosters open communication and is always willing to listen and support their employees. They encourage professional growth, provide thorough training, and make sure staff members have the resources they need to do their jobs well. The teamwork among nurses, CNAs, and other staff creates a family-like atmosphere where everyone looks out for one another. What stands out most to me is how much Courtyard emphasizes compassion and respect. Every resident is treated with dignity, and staff are encouraged to build real relationships with them. Seeing residents happy and well cared for made every shift feel rewarding. P.S. Mrs. April is a blessing.

Courtyard is a great place! It is an older building are making great positive strides in beautifying the building. The staff is great and makes your stay comfortable.
