AVAMERE AT THREE FOUNTAINS

Avamere Three Fountains was an amazing experience. Their staff is amazing and are always providing great care. If your love ones need rehab I would recommend Avamere Three Fountains.

My wife and I were both recently at Avamere at Three Fountains skilled nursing facility for 2.5 weeks following a car accident. We received physical and occupational therapy while there, along with nursing care. We both thought the care was of very high quality, with everyone who tended to us being caring, compassionate, friendly, and respectful. Calls for assistance were answered promptly day and night. In addition to good care the therapy was practical and driven by our need to be functional when we left. Meals were tasty and sufficient, with menu choices at each meal and light snacks were available as well. The facility was clean and fresh and well maintained. Family who visited were all very complimentary of the facility, noting how friendly the staff was and how there was no hint of the disinfectant smell many of us associate with care facilities. Can highly recommend Avamere at Three Fountains.

Just moved in my sweet wife so far. Everything is so clean and beautiful. Staff is friendly an alert. Honestly, I pitched a fit. We had about experience in Utah with a similar facility so I checked the ratings period I'm not sure why people hated this facility and I will be on watch. And will update has taught him goats so far, it's perfect.

My late father was admitted here for three days. While things seemed ok at first, it quickly turned into a nightmare and ordeal for my family. This place is NOT equipped to handle the elderly, the sick and infirm, or even recognize that a patient is in the process of dying. Just getting my father out of this place and back to home (and then hospice at home) was a mess of paperwork and poor communication by the staff. The onsite staff did not treat my father with kindness nor was he well cared for. Do not recommend.

My wife Gretchen came here 6 days ago from Providence and this place is 1st Class! Fantastically helpful and friendly staff, from the top to bottom. The CNAs and Nureses are superb. The office staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and always helpful. I eat here as a guest with my wife and the food here is really EXCELLENT! Yes, it's amazing. I hate carrot cake and tried the carrot cake here and it was unbelievably good! The seafood and fruit salad for lunch today was truely excellent. The staff takes super good Loving care of all the old folks, I come here every day and see it first hand. This is a fabulous place to take care of your loved ones. Nice big rooms, well lighted, smells great and always a comfortable place to visit where you KNOW your loved ones are being taken care of. 5 star rating! SFC Patrick Purtle U.S. Army (RET).
