As a resident of Concord Ridge. I can’t say enough good things about Beth and her staff. They take excellent care of me. They address all my concerns and needs in a timely caring manner. I’ve been in other nursing homes, which couldn’t come close in their care to what I get at Concord Ridge. Everyone at Concord Ridge goes above and beyond in their caring of me.
I would highly recommend them to anyone that might need to go into a facility such as this one

My mom is here right now. She has not been walking since October after 2 surgeries and many complications. Previous rehab facilities were pretty on the outside but her care at those places do not compare. My moms health mentally and physically were declining. Concord Ridge is an older building with great bones. They are in the process of remodeling. The people here are friendly, caring, accommodating and hard working. Now that my mother is here she is making progress and her chances of returning home have improved. Thank you for all you do.
Absolutely wonderful building! I had a family member here for end of life care, and the compassion of all the nurses and aides is unmatched. They took great care of him, as well as the rest of our family during this time of need. Huge thank you to the entire team!
Staff has been amazing with my father-in-law's needs and care. Building is very clean and has a nice atmosphere!
When issues arise they are fast to handle all concerns.
WARNING!! I would not send ANYONE you care about to this facility. They do not care about their patients. My sister was treated like a piece of garbage that they thought they could just dispose of. Thank goodness she had me to advocate for her or they were going to discharge her to a homeless shelter! Beth West is the administrator of this facility and "if attitudes are contagious-hers is definitely not worth catching!!" Please DO NOT send anyone you love to this facility. Thanks to the Lantern of Madison for taking my sister in and treating her like she was a human. Nicole and Jenn from the Lantern of Madison have been wonderful! A breath of fresh air after being at Concord Health!
