This place needs to get with their staff and ensure there’s a clear understanding of legal policy and procedure. Yes, humans make mistakes, but they are responsible for the care of people’s family members. It’s expected that there is a higher level of competency and assurance that they are able to do this while keeping the families worries at ease!!! Do not take their word as the final say.

It shouldn’t take 12 calls to get this place to answer when you’re checking on a family member. I called recently and a RESIDENT answered the phone!!!! 2 dogs in a trench coat would be better than 90% of the staff working there. Most of the staff smell like weed or cigarettes. I don’t care if you smoke weed, but don’t do it outside in your scrubs where literally everyone can see you. I would leave ZERO stars if I could.

If i could give a zero i would. When my loved one first went there it was great. Things changed. For the last year it has became a nightmare for my loved one. Thank goodness my loved one is somewhere else and not being neglected and abused. Read the Oklahoma Nursing home survey report and do not put your loved one in this place.
