It's been months since my loved one passed away . He spent few months at this facility. I have mixed review for this facility. First the positive side at this facility:- Some nurses are definitely awesome . To name few Jessica Emily Beth . Some aids are superb especially Darlene . I can't remember names of others . The new DON Tracy was approachable takes time to listen . The PT n OT staff does a good job . RT were great as well . And not to forget Collins the night nurse . An excellent nurse . Couple of issues noted were as listed below :- 1. Very seldom telephone calls are attended to at night . 2. I had a camera installed in the room . Hubby was left with puke for more than an hour. Up to 10 calls were made to alert the staff . He could have aspirated . 3. My hubby had a bed sore . And a number of times his dressing was missing with no packing. Does anyone knows how it feels to have a wound at the back ??? Nurses are responsible to change the dressing once a shift and as needed if soiled . 4. Medication not given on time . 5. It's hard to get hold of providers. 6. Understaff. One nurse to oversee two halls ? 7 . Another joke is the charges per day for a room. How can this facility charge residents with ridiculous room rate which cannot b justified with the quality of care n service provided ??? During my observation at tht facility I can't even count the number of times the facility has been inspected by the state . It's like you ll see more staff the day of the inspection but after that back to square one . Inspection from the state is ineffective . It looks to me like it's just a routine job . All these nursing skilled facilities if their objective is to provide a compassionate quality safe care to their residents then they need to practice what they claimed in their mission statements!!! And to the owners I have a message for them., hopefully they can sleep peacefully at night knowing that they are making profit by providing poor service to the vulnerable population n May God Bless their hearts knowing that they are earning not truthfully . Life is not about making profit . Possessions wealth identity relations are temporary attachments that ultimately we all leave behind when we exit . No establishment can operate effectively n efficiently without adequate resources . So please improve on your quality of service to the needy n sick residents.

Josie was my grandpas caretaker. He said he felt like she was the only person who did her job, and cared. He looked forward to her being on shift. He said he was very grateful to have someone who cared as much as her.

First time I've been here, seems like a nice enough place overall. My younger brother arrived here just last night, not sure how long his stay will be but my first impression is a good one, much better than rehab place he came from. Each and every person working here was very polite and smiling, gave me a good feeling leaving my brother on their care.

My mother was here for rehab last year, here is a list of things that we experienced. Dont believe my review? I advise you go visit before sending a loved one there. - Smelled like urine - Understaffed - Poor Communication - Dirty Rooms - I sat in her room 4 hours one day before an aide showed up - Only changed the bed sheets once in the weeks she was there - Kept her two days longer than they were supposed to and charged her nearly $500 - Meals looked like dog food Sometimes these places change ownership and get better, but I highly recommend you visit before letting a loved one go there or any nursing facilities.

Had some things to take care of with the Business Office at the Arbors of Milford today. Brandi was very pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the bright and cheerful facilities. Thank you for the warm welcome.
