These places are hard to review, the staff my father had was great no complaints ! Very helpful, great communication and treatment. The facility over all needs some improvements. Decor, bedding, flooring, carpets, and deep cleaning (professional) very strong urine smell. Saw some roaches so definitely an exterminator needed.
It’s been a few years since I’ve had to visit this facility and at a different level I must say. But my visit today to deliver some personal items to my close family member left me at ease. The staff was very kind and helpful. During my short visit they were very visible and accommodating. My family member is comfortable and pleased with the care they are providing. Outside the need for some minor improvements (mainly aesthetic) I would certainly recommend this facility to those nearest and dearest to me.
My mother is still housed at this facility and I must say that it surprised me how well manored the staff and nurses/ assistants are. I would highly recommend anyone who needs rehabilitation to go here. It need minor cleaning due to the urine smell but other than that I wish I could give yall 10 stars instead of just 5
The building was clean. My family members specific needs were being addressed for her lunch. Everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous. All good things!
Again I have a 53 year old man 6'2 250 lb try to recover from our total shoulder replacement and some back issues and this location keeps sending in here a scoop of cold eggs and a piece of hard toast. today was cold with parsley in it I don't think they realize just because you throw some parsley on cold eggs they're still cold eggs. Once again I was supposed to be getting double portions and they gave me a scoop of eggs and a piece of hard toast if that's double portions I don't know what the regular residents are getting here . People please check in on your loved ones. Now I'm down to drinking insure for breakfast cuz it's only thing to get some kind of nutrition so I could do my rehab ridiculous so how many time do I have to complain about this Genesis slash POWER BACK REHAB . SO INSTEAD OF COLD EGGS THE SOLUTION THEY CAME UP WITH WAS JUST NOT GIVE ME EGGS AT ALL BUT MY BREAKFAST TICKET Includes EGGS SUPPOSED A DOUBLE PORTION MY DOUBLE PORTION IS NOW NO PORTIONS OF EGGS I LOVE EGGS I JUST REFUSE TO EAT THEM COLD. I HAVE HAD FOOD DELIVERED TO THIS LOCATION AND FOOD WAS STILL AT A GOOD TEMPERATURE. THEY HAVE NOT FIGURED HOW TO GET HOT FOOD FROM THE KITCHEN TO MY ROOM IN THE SAME BUILDING. MY ROOMATE PASSED AWAY SO SAD I CANT POINT ANY FINGERS AND WILL LEAVE IT AT THAT
