I had a generally positive experience here for rehab. The private room made recovery quieter and more comfortable . The PT team was patient and really pushed my progress in a safe way. My family and I think they listened and adjusted therapy as needed. There were a few times communication could’ve been quicker, especially between nursing and therapy when scheduling and when changing shifts, but whenever we spoke up someone addressed it. Overall I made real progress with rehab, and I’m grateful for the staff who helped me regain strength.

Ain’t gonna lie, I didn’t expect much at first after seeing the reviews. But this place is solid. It’s the older place, but the rooms are private. The staff show love. No attitude no rush just good folks doing their job . I respect that. Thank you from my family!

I initially visited this place based on recommendations that it was excellent for the services my loved one needed. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. The exterior alone was concerning, but stepping inside only confirmed my reservations. The atmosphere felt neglected, and the overwhelming odor of urine greeted me at the door. If I could share real, unfiltered photos and videos, you’d see a very different reality from what’s likely presented in promotional materials. I’m beyond grateful that I took the time to visit before making any commitments for my loved one’s care. To the owners, I strongly urge you to reassess your leadership and team dynamics something is clearly amiss here. I’d highly recommend reading The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership: Follow Them and People Will Follow You. It may provide the insight needed to bring about much-needed.

I can’t say enough good things about Villa Rosa. My uncle and family were afraid of him entering a facility because this was new to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. They were always attentive i must say. Staff made sure he had everything he needed. My great-uncle just finished the rehab program and had such a positive experience. What I like about this facility is the small, close-knit staff, and having a private room made it so much better. My uncle also is a man of faith so having the chapel there was good also.

My mother stayed at this facility for short-term rehab & she had a good experience. She had a private room, so that was great. There weren’t any major issues she had that were nothing out of the ordinary for a facility like this. She was cared for and loved the therapy team’s support in helping her get home.
