I am very happy with the care at this nursing home. The staff are kind, patient, and treat everyone with respect. They take time to make sure the residents are comfortable and cared for. The place is always clean and feels welcoming. They also keep families updated and make us feel included. I can see that the residents are safe, happy, and treated like family. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for good care for their loved one.

I was stressed about having my dad stay in a longer care home while he works through his mobility issues, especially since the prior place he was at sent him backwards. He also did not necessarily want to go but voluntarily did. The staff has been nothing short of amazing. From the front desk to the nurses to the care team to PT/OT to the case workers, we’ve had an excellent experience. They listen to their patients and the families and work very hard to help their patients. Maria has been nothing short of absolutely amazing with my dad and myself. The few minor issues we have had, I was able to comfortably bring up to someone and they were quickly fixed! And that usually stemmed from my dad not admitting to nurses that he was in pain but he was. Once I let them know, they instantly got him pain meds. We had a meeting a few days ago about his progress and the future there and when asked what his biggest concern was, he said, “that I wont be able to stay here”. That came from a very independent, stubborn man which spoke volumes. He likes it there and says everyone is great! I had my hesitations, but they’re all gone. I’m glad we got him into Celebrate!

I'm only giving a 1 star because I couldn't give zero stars. This place is horrible, I went to visit my uncle last Sunday with my mom and aunt. My aunt had to feed him because all they did was put his plate of food in front of him. He is a diabetic and instead of giving him his own diabetic care ensure drinks they gave them one of theirs that is not suitable for diabetics. He had other things going on but the end of the story is my aunt brought my uncle home yesterday the nurse told her he went to sleep at 6 p.m. Sunday night because of the medicine that they gave him and he was still sleeping this morning when she had him taken to the ER. He is severely dehydrated, has an UTI and has lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks. Nobody needs to be treated like this.

My mother was in the hospital and needing skilled nursing, Celebrate staff contacted me as her medical POA to assist me in the process. When she was in a deteriorating state the talk with me about transferring her to hospice. The nursing staff and the assistants were knowledgeable and assisted me along the way. I was kept well informed of all her needs and they really facilitated a smooth transition for me and my mother. I was at ease knowing they cared for her and treated her like a human being when I was not there. The facility was clean and did not smell like a urinalysis like some places, the hospice nurse was very informative and went over all the details with me. I would absolutely recommend Celebrate to anyone needing care for themselves or a loved one in need of full time care.

Celebrate of Moline is a fantastic place. The staff is excellent with my uncle and they always take the time to tend to his every need. The activity department has daily activities to keep him busy which he enjoys. It amazes me how the staff decorates the building for each season/holiday making it way more enjoyable to be in. I would definitely recommend Celebrate to send any loved one to.
