Their support made all the difference. A special shoutout to Misty, who was an absolute joy to work with—she even greeted me with a big hug when I arrived! 🤍 We’re so grateful for your kindness, generosity and community spirit!! Thank you for helping make this event possible for our girls!

I had the pleasure of stopping by Signature Healthcare of Monteagle recently, and I left feeling completely uplifted thanks to two incredible team members: Teresa, the Business Office Manager, and Christina, the Social Services Director. From the moment I walked in, Teresa greeted me at the door with the warmest smile that immediately put me at ease. Her kindness and welcoming nature made me feel like I truly belonged there. Christina, despite my visit being unannounced, graciously made time to meet with me and treated our conversation with genuine attention and care. Both of these wonderful women went above and beyond in making me feel like my visit mattered. Their helpfulness, generosity, and sincere hospitality set the tone for what a healthcare facility should feel like. I walked out thinking, “This is exactly how it should feel every time you walk into a building.” Thank you, Teresa and Christina, for creating such a welcoming and meaningful experience. Hi i just want to brag a little bit about Signature health in Monteagle Tn. These people are outstanding. They go out of there way to help you there. All of the staff are amazing. I was going to name them all but theres to many to name. My sister went in with a broken foot and they have gone way and beyond to help her. The therapy is also amazing. The Cna's are amazing, the Nurses are amazing. The ladies in the front business offices are also amazing. The only problem is, she does'nt care for the food. I bring her food to her mostly, and they are so good about keeping extra food, refridgerated for her and heating it u when she wants it. This facility is outstanding . This place is run like a WELL-OILED machine! The admins and nursing staff are like none other. They are ALL caring, genuine, and kind. It's the closest nursing home that I've ever visited that feels like a real home!!

Seems like most workers are concentrating on their patients. They have lots of activities that almost every patients are brought in for. People from outside come and do concerts and other things the patients like to do. The place is so clean and nice. Doesn't smell like other nursing homes do. My daughter has been there for years and has been taken care of and spoiled by almost everyone. Office staff is very kind and helpful. Food is good, too. I could go on forever praising this place.
