The Manor, a four star facility, is a recipient of the Vermont State Nursing Home Quality Award for having achieved higher scores for Resident/ Family Satisfaction. The Nursing Home Quality Award is awarded to only five centers in the state of Vermont. The award is based on CMS Star Rating, Customer Satisfaction survey results, participation in “The Advancing Excellence Campaign” and successful state survey results. The Manor has also received the 2013 Silver Quality Award and the 2011 Bronze Award from the American Health Care Association.
