My mother was at this facility for 10 days for rehab. This facility is awful. I would never recommend it to anyone. The food was horrible and lacking in nutrition. I needed to bring my mother food in order for her to have a healthy meal. The patients rooms are outdated and in need of remodeling . They never clean the rooms unless you ask. The entrance & hallways smell of urine and mold.
When using the call button , staff members were uncaring and never showed up in a timely manner. CNA’s & staff members need more training. They show no concern for the patients.
The only positive thing was my mom had 2 nurses that were attentive & caring. 😞
I just want to thank everybody in Hathaway Manor from nurses to ⛑️ for wonderful care food was All right but what nursing home does have good food lol
Do yourself and anyone you care about a favor and never send them to this facility!!! Nothing but negative experiences from day one. I can almost justify the numerous calls going unanswered because OK, you’re busy and understaffed, but to receive a call from the facility notifying me that a police report had to be filed against two CNA workers while working with my loved one is completely unacceptable. Needless to say my loved one was removed immediately from this facility!!
Food at Hathaway Manor is horrible and needs much improvement. Serving food items such as hot dogs , fish sticks,chicken nuggets, food loaded with sodium,skimpy portions etc to sick and the elderly there. Their corporate office needs to increase their food budget at Hathway Manor to serve decent food to their residents there. Senior management does nothing about it. Needs much improvement.
My grandmother has been here for less than a week, and she has gone down hill from arriving. She is only there to recover from her knee surgery until she can head home. Her wound dressings haven’t even been changed, they haven’t been giving her any clotting medicine, and was left in a diaper and developed a diaper rash so awful it’s bleeding. The nurses there are doing the bare minimum to care for her, and are pushing her way beyond her limits. This is elder abuse. Please don’t send your loved ones here.
