My mother is here and we have no issues with them. They take very good care of her and the place is very clean.

I would not let these people take care of a house plant! I’m a healthcare professional with 20 years of experience including working as a nursing home administrator. If you have a loved one who needs this level of care, don’t bring them here. My mother is completely alert and oriented. The aides neglected, mistreated and down right refused to provide the care she needed. The staff were rude and walked away from her bedside without answering her or helping her. She rang her bell and they turned it off without coming to her room. She asked for water and waited 3 hours until a nurse happened to come in and got her some. They forced her to wear Depends for their convenience instead of helping her use a bedpan or commode. There’s more, but you get the picture. Run!
A very nice facility with excellent staff working here. They're focus on quality of care treating them as individuals. Been short-term for my wife so far and I but I'm I'm very happy we came to this place
First this place don’t treat people right they workers don’t take care of residents right they just change no cleaning they have outside workers that they treat nasty no teamwork you get all the hard work. They have an employee about 4ft that’s an cna that run the building and she double briefing residents and dress residents that get up in the morning at night. They change residents at 7pm and don’t do last rounds until night shift comes in I’m from out of state and came to Connecticut for work and this was an bad experience I will not r recommend this nursing home
