SPRING GROVE REHABILITATION AND HEALTHCARE CENTER

My dad was recently admitted to Spring Grove for rehab. What a wonderful facility. From the minute we got there for the admission process the entire team was there to go over PT, medication, food service and to provide contact names and numbers for everyone we needed to communicate with during his stay. In addition to being on the ball, they are all so friendly. Matt, the administrator was also there to greet us on my dad's arrival and was very helpful to me with several of my requests. Their Director of Nursing, Ginny walked us out to the car and was so nice to my dad and us during the day of his discharge. Spring Grove is a very clean facility which you can not always say with other sub acute rehab places. Thank you to all the nurses, PT staff, food service and cleaning staff on a job well done!

I'm very happy with this facility! Everybody has been very helpful during my husband's stay here. The staff are always helpful and interact with residents in a pleasant way. They encourage them out of their room to socialize. If I need something, I can quickly get it resolved! I would highly recommend this place because I've been to other rehab facilities and I find Spring Grove is top notch! You can feel comfortable with your loved one here! I want to mention the Life Enrichment Director, Gillian, she is very good at keeping everyone interactive and hires great entertainers. The nurses, Tiana and Nana are helpful, always checking in and answer questions with ease. His aide Mariel always goes the extra mile to ensure my husband is clean. The Rehab department has been outstanding! They are so good to the residents here! 10 out of 10!

I had the best experience at Spring Grove. From the beautiful grounds of the location to the well maintained patients themselves. I want to give a special thanks to Gillian Cardona who went out of her way to show me around. She is sweet and energetic and you can tell she loves her job. Everyone I met at Spring Grove was super nice. Keisha the social worker was helpful and very friendly informative and smiling the whole time. I Love that. Caitlin who works the business office was a pleasure to talk to and also was very helpful and informative. I think my parents would be happy here. 🩷 Happy to have found Spring Grove.

I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with the team at Spring Grove Rehab, especially Diana from Admissions, Gillian from Activities, and Keisha from Social Services, and they are truly exceptional. Every time I come into the building, whether it’s to help with an event or to visit one of our assisted living residents who’s there for rehab, I’m always greeted with warm smiles and positive energy. The staff genuinely cares for their patients, and I’ve seen firsthand how compassionate and attentive they are. I’ve visited at various times of the day, and the experience is consistently wonderful. Spring Grove has a great team and a welcoming environment!

I came here because my granddaughter works here and I needed rehab. My experience has been great! My nurses and aides are so good to me such as Tiana, Nana, Rose , Kay and Mariel to name a few! Dr Patel is great and tries his best to meet everyone's needs. Ana from a Life Enrichment has been so Kind to me! She really goes the extra mile for all the residents here! The deck is beautiful and serene, I love to sit outside. Highly recommend!
