Our 99 year old mom has been at the Prescott House for nearly two years now, & she presents as a challenging resident. During this time, the staff has been compassionate, responsive to her needs, & on top of her medical issues as they arise. They are patient, they listen, & they take action. As family members, we feel welcomed & informed. We are grateful for the Prescott House. Thank you.

I wouldn't even send my mother in law to this place! Unfortunately the care and service has gone downhill fast over the past 5 years. They are terribly understaffed, and if you have spent more than 5 minutes in the building you cannot help but notice. My father in law was sent to Prescott after suffering a serious fall. His first night was horrible. He couldn't get a nurse when needed. (Because there are only 2 in the whole building!) They made him wait over 6 hours to take his required medication because, in their words, "its going to take someone at least 3 hours to finish with the paperwork, so yea, he will have to just wait and deal." The man fell off a roof! But it's fine? He can deal with the pain? We pulled him out the next morning. Then they tell us, we cannot take his medication home with him. They will be keeping the remaining 29 day supply. We had to call the Doctor and ask them to contact the "pharmacist" at Prescott to get the meds released. Just a bunch of aggravation and un-needed stress and anxiety. If you send someone you love there, make sure you can stop by every single day to make sure they are getting the care they need.

My Dad was a patient at the Prescott House a few months ago and They Took tremendous care of him! The Nurses went above and beyond for him even when he wasn’t the easiest patient. He really loved the staff and still to this day says he misses the food there lol. When my dad was brought there his quality of life wasn’t the best and the odds were put against him , The Prescott House helped give him his life back. The nurses there really helped physically and mentally and I’ll forever be grateful for them ! The facility is amazing and very clean , I highly recommend The Prescott House for your loved ones ! They take care of there patients as if it’s there own family and that’s heartwarming and very much needed in the medical field !

The care is spotty and dismissive. Simple bathroom buzz can take 30 plus minutes. At 1:30PM no fresh water had arrived for the day. A gift I sent was missing and then "found" and when it was found it was delivered to the room Open Box! Management NOT responding after numerous calls and messages. Quality of life questionable.

The conditions at Prescott House are deeply concerning. The food served to the residents is unacceptable—this is something the elderly look forward to and depend on the most at this stage of their lives. It’s heartbreaking to see them being let down in this way. Additionally, the facility itself is in disrepair, with broken closet doors and curtains hanging off their rods, leaving the place in an unacceptable state. To make matters worse, some of the nursing staff are rude and seem indifferent to the residents' needs. While the only positive aspect is that they accept Medicaid, that alone is not enough to make up for the lack of proper care and respect the residents deserve.
