NOVI LAKES HEALTH CAMPUS

Novi Lakes Health Campus has been such a blessing for our family. From the moment we walked in, we could tell this was a special place. The staff truly cares about their residents—they take the time to get to know each person, treat them with kindness and respect, and make sure they feel comfortable and valued every single day. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, but what really stands out is the warmth and compassion from everyone who works there. You can see how much pride they take in providing excellent care. It’s such a relief knowing our loved one is in good hands and surrounded by people who genuinely care about their well-being. I’m so grateful for the amazing team and management at Novi Lakes Health Campus!

If I could give zero stars I would. The nurses are overworked and understaffed. Please believe the other reviews about loved ones being neglected. I work from home so I was with my mother every day for about 8 hours and witnessed the neglect. However, due to her condition, she needed 24 hour care which she did not receive. My mother became severely dehydrated and went into renal failure. If your loved one can get around on their own, they may be okay. However, if they are bedridden and unable to care for themselves, do NOT go to this facility. I could write a book on how rude the nurse practitioner and medical director are. Most of the nurses seemed to care, but due to understaffing, they could not handle it all. I even had one of them tell me confidentially that some of the residents fall through the cracks due to staff being overworked. Sadly, my mother was one of them. Again, stay away from Novi Lakes Health Campus if your loved one is dependent in any way.

My husband just came home after spending 4 weeks here for rehab. When he first arrived at rehab from the hospital he was a mess, both physically and mentally. They helped him start over again. From custodial, kitchen staff, PT, OT, and speech therapy, to nursing and aids, front office and activities, everyone created a warm family atmosphere and were so great to work with. I highly recommend Novi Lakes Health Campus.

My mom spent three weeks at Novi Lakes recovering from some falls. I left the first evening secure in knowing my mom was going to be well cared for. It's never easy leaving a parent somewhere, but I knew I had picked the right facility. My mother and I were beyond happy with the care she received. Should my mom need a rehab facility in the future, we're definitely coming back here.
