My aunt was here for a week! I moved her asap! This place looks like a nursing home from a scary movie! Also my aunt kept telling us about a mean male worker that would be rough and impatient with her! I didn’t like the vibe I got just walking in the door! We moved her to the regency in Livonia and loved it there! Would not recommend this place for your loved ones!
On September 10th at the nurses station, with residents around. The nurses stated, “Some conservative just got shot, and what an amazing shot it was. Bam, right in the neck. Amazing shot.”
I would never want my family to be “cared” for by evil people who have no compassion for another human being. I don’t care if you don’t agree with the person who got shot. Horrible!
My wife was there fir aboutvfiur months They said theyvwerecnotvsurevshecwoukdvevervwalk again When she left I was given 17 o rescriptionsctovfill at my pharmacy!!! She only nèeed 3 of them!! She was within two days after come. Apparently the reason she was not walking was because they had her so drugged up. In myo pinion, the s t ate should put this place out of business
Everyone has different experiences. Mine at The Manor of Novi was wonderful. The staff was helpful in so many ways. Ms. Christina Rowe, the social worker went out of her way to make sure my friend had all she needed. The floor staff, nurses, aids and support were there for the helpful things we needed for my friend‘s final days in hospice.
The facility was clean, well kept up and did not have that nursing home smell. Lisa at the front desk always greeted me with a smile and kind words. The whole staff didn’t mind when my dogs joined me for a visit. April, the nurse i dealt with the most is a treasure. Anyone there is lucky to have her on the shift.
Look the place over, don’t judge on reviews alone. The Manor of Novi is a great place to trust with your love one’s care.
I was at The Manor of Novi for two weeks. During that time, I got to know most of the staff and residents there. It's clean and the food is good. If I need to go into rehab again, I will be choosing The Manor.
