OAKMONT CENTER FOR NURSING & REHABILITATION

Let me start off by saying this is one of the WORST nursing facilities I have ever seen. I would give this place a rating of negative one million, that's just how HORRIBLE of a place it is. The place is so run down and dirty. This nursing place is a joke, my grandma was here for less than 2 weeks and ended up fracturing her pelvis in 2 places due to their negligence, and is back in the hospital. It amazes me this facility is actually up and running, it should be shut down immediately. The food they serve their patients there is like jail food, constantly serving baloney sandwiches for dinner. Worst nursing facility ever, do not send anyone you know or love there. I repeat stay far away!! We tried to get my gram transferred somewhere else just 3 mins being there that's how bad it is. Staff does now care and most times can't be found. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!

Above and beyond the call of the job. Protecting our beloved residents, our second families is top priority. In all of the gut wrenching heartbreak we seek the joy. In between the tears, we find laughter, and when it feels like all hope is gone we rise above the fear and find the sun. We are a family of caregivers who come together daily to battle the invisible giant. Sometimes we win, but if it ever feels like defeat, we hold on to the love. That's Oakmont Center.10 stars

This is an awesome place to visit and watch trains! We got to see a train go by and watch them. My kids love visiting here because of the chance of seeing a short train. One of a kind place! 5 stars!!

The new DON is a former c0-worker of mine. He is and excellent nurse and very caring person.

If I could rate this place no stars then I would. It was horrible. The staff is unprofessional and the level of care that your family receives is terrible.
