What can I say about Lake Country, other than our time with them was nothing but AMAZING. Their administrator, Holly and Nursing director are thoughtful, kind, informative and so much more. My father's care was great! Staff was just as amazing. Nurse Tammy and Tai were great! It was always clean to walk into and truly the staff cares! Highly recommend.

I was admitted in March of this year. My stay was a whole lot longer than I expected or wanted. (Left on May 1st) I can honestly say that as long as I had to be somewhere, I’m glad it was at this facility. The staff was very well experienced AND caring. They made sure that I was comfortable in every way, including an air mattress! The therapists worked with you at your pace, with some needed nudging😊, which I am grateful for. The food was good also. The life enrichment room always has activities going on during the day, and each one of them knew the patients and residents well. I was amazed at how many people would walk past me and say hi to me by name. They really care about you. I would highly recommend this facility to anybody and everybody who needs short term, or long term care. Thank you all for the excellent care and the pleasant stay. Gratefully Yours, Marge

Not sure why the low ratings because everything that my 95 year-old Aunt experienced was fantastic. From the food to the room to the staff, everyone was outgoing and friendly. Brittney at the front desk was very pleasant. The director of admissions, Maryjo, Took me on a tour of the facility. You could tell she was very proud of the place. My aunt spent 21 days there and absolutely loved it. Her physical therapy got her moving better than she had been in months and pain-free. Lake country health would be the place. I would want to have my therapy at.

I was there for most of May this year and like last (15? Years ago) it's a great place to recover and do p.t. CNA staff excellent as well as Activites Directors. On a negative, although very tasty, the food did leave me with alot of negative stomach issues. Once home, those ended. Final negative, big one; the Dr who prescribed pain meds was not at all in touch. He sucked.

This place is absolutely horrible!! My dad was sent there from the hospital with pins and rods in and out of his ankle and ended up back in the hospital with an infection and one of the rods out of his bone from kicking the bed so much. The top rod that came lose had blood around it. I had to get help so he could be boosted up in bed so he’d stop kicking. This is something that could have been prevented if he was checked on. I also asked the CNAs to get the nurse because something was clearly wrong with my dad. 10 minutes later, no one came, and I went to get help and the aides were just sitting at the desk and didn’t grab the nurse. The nurse finally came and my dad’s bp was 95/55 and he had a low heart rate. He was suppose to be in a place that cared for him and know when something isn’t right. He never hallucinated until he was in this place and he still is after being back in the hospital 3 days. We went to get his belongings because there is no way in hell he is going back there and $20 was stolen out of his wallet. I know this because my dad had me check his wallet the day before. DO NOT send your loved ones there!!!
