Please disregard the following review as I was reviewing a facility in California and not the one in UTAH. "My sister entered this facility without a bedsore (I am a nurse) and 3 weeks later had a very bad bedsore. You don’t get a bedsore like this overnight and allowed her to remain in bed i begged them to get her out of bed but they wouldn’t make the effort. With PT several times a week, the CNAs seemed to think that was sufficient. The facility is a little on the shabby side and hallways are cluttered. PT and speech therapy were good. I asked the staff to address her by a first name but them heard them refer to her by using a term that I wasn’t familiar with. On admission I told them that if she needed hospitalization to take her to el Camino hospital which was a block away. Instead they assumed she was a Kaiser patient and took her to Kaiser." IN ORDER TO POST THIS CORRECTION, I HAD TO DO STAR RATING. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERIENCE WITH THE UTAH FACILTY.
My experience with Mountain View health services Was very Pleasant. I stopped in for a tour without an appointment and was greeted by an Aadministrator who took me on a tour of the building. It was well decorated and clean and the residents all seem to be happy. The rooms were well organized and smelled nice. The staff members were very cordial and were happy to answer my questions. The director provided me a folder with pages of information about the facility and the process of getting my wife transfered there. I was impressed.
A dump. This was 12/8/22 and the black mold was very prominent. My loved one shouldn't get a respiratory issue after their stay. This takes years to get this bad. I can only imagine the other rooms. The old motel blankets along with the tape holding the a/c unit together and the sticky recliner made us run. How can the patients get the care they need when the surroundings are this neglected? STAY AWAY !!!!!!!
Worst facility i have ever seen. The front office staff were nice at first but one my mother was in there it was like she was held hostage. They went behind the families back and took payee over my moms social security checks after we signed paperwork denying them that. Reese is very rude and unprofessional and would never answer phone calls. Refused to sign paper work to get my mom on the new choice waiver program of an apparent outstanding balance and also lied to the the company representing my mom and told them we decided to leave her there. I feel sorry for any family that has to deal with this kind of unprofessional behavior. I also feel sorry for the residents the care my mom receives is a joke as is the care of the other residents. The facility is gross and needs and extreme update and cleaning. For any families looking at this facility steer clear. STAY AWAY
My mother was a resident here she was treated poorly and over medicated. She was ignored and sat in her urine for hours. They would medicate her and forget about her in her bed.. They held her social security money after I moved her out. The director and management and front office staff are horrible people. And should find a different line of work.. They never return your calls and they lie I've left 6 message over the last year and never received a call back.. It's regarding the social security they have held and will not return to my mom. Horrible horrible horrible nursing home it's dirty and it ran down it stinks and the staff is horrible people.
