As a critical RN with previous experience working in nursing homes, I can confidently say this facility is exactly the kind of place you’d want for your family member. The building is exceptionally clean — you notice it the moment you walk in, with no unpleasant odors at all.
The physical rehabilitation area is well-organized, equipped with new, high-quality equipment, and provides a great environment for recovery. The nursing staff stays on top of patient care, especially when it comes to medications, ensuring everything is given accurately and on time.
I truly recommend this facility. It stands out for its cleanliness, professionalism, and commitment to quality care.
From the administrators, nurses , physical therapist (especially Nicole ) social workers and aides everyone has been very helpful while we have been trying to get my grandmother going in the right direction. After having her an another rehab facility and a second hospitalization from that prior place it has been a long road. I have seen almost all the doctors who are consulting on her care (which if you have ever had anyone in rehab you know this is not always the case) Ricky the nurse manager has been so helpful with keeping me updated on her progress. Thankful we found preferred care old bridge!
My father was brought to Preferred Care in Old Bridge after over 3 weeks in 2 different hospitals. After one day there it was like he was a different person his mobility improved 1000%. When we arrived it was after 7 pm yet Debbie at the front desk heated us with a smile and he was wheeled to a clean comfortable room. Lisa got him settled. Aisha the night nurse got him set up after a getting the vitals and explained how things work. During my visit not 16 hours later he was able to walk, use the restroom, he shaved for the first time since our journey began. Shannon was great after her exam she talked to him, not me, and said he she go to the courtyard. We did and he got to feel fresh air for the first time in weeks. I thing Preferred Care deserve a 10. Thanks for the great care and excellent team.
The staff was fabulous and the residents are taken very well care of. Everything is neat and clean, the administration clearly works really hard!
I am always impressed and happy when I see my buddy. You all do a wonderful job taking care of him. I was able to get him out for some fresh air and sunshine. Today and we got to see a nice concert and enjoy some great food
