My grandfather whom is a cancer survivor used to be a patient at this facility. The staff were always extremely kind and always very helpful. This place used to smell amazing, i am not exactly sure what changed but i did notice that they now have scent machines from a company called AireMaster which is known for their toxic and carcinogenic ingredients. As a cancer survivor we couldn’t stand seeing my grandfather live under these toxic conditions, the whole facility smells like feces! I really wish he could have stayed here, it was the best nursing facility by far.

I recently had a loved one stay at New Orange Hills Skilled Nursing Facility, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and attention they received. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this facility stands out for its commitment to both professionalism and compassion. One of the biggest highlights for me was the communication. The staff at New Orange Hills is incredibly responsive, always keeping us updated on our loved one’s progress and addressing any questions or concerns right away. It’s not often you find a facility that prioritizes communication so highly, and it made a world of difference in our experience. The level of care is truly exceptional. The nurses and caregivers are not only knowledgeable but also warm and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort and well-being. It’s clear that they treat the residents like family, offering both medical expertise and emotional support. The facility itself is beautifully maintained—clean, bright, and welcoming. The common areas have a cozy, homelike feel, and the residents are encouraged to participate in various activities that enhance their quality of life. If you’re looking for a skilled nursing facility where you can trust that your loved one will receive top-notch care with a personal touch, I wholeheartedly recommend New Orange Hills. It’s a place where both residents and families feel heard, cared for, and supported.

After our grandfather suffered a fall down the stairs, our family was faced with the challenge of finding a skilled nursing facility that could provide the care and rehabilitation he needed. We are so thankful we chose New Orange Hills. From the start, the experience was reassuring. Brittany came to visit us at the hospital before admission, and her warmth, professionalism, and clear communication made a difficult time much easier. She helped us feel confident that our grandfather would be well cared for. Once he arrived at the facility, we were truly impressed. The nursing staff was compassionate, attentive, and always made him feel respected. The therapy team was outstanding, patient, encouraging, and deeply committed to helping him regain his strength and independence. We also have to mention the food, which far exceeded our expectations. Our grandfather looked forward to his meals every day and often commented on how good everything tasted, it really made a difference in his comfort and overall experience. Thank you to everyone at New Orange Hills for providing such excellent care and support during a time we needed it most.
