Majestic Oaks is definitely not the rehabilitation facility anyone wants for their loved ones, I spent endless hours there and have acknowledged the negligence of most of their staff! They show no sense of urgency for any of their patients. The call lights go on for an eternity before anyone attends to their needs, some where yelling for help while some dragged themselves in the wheelchair saying they were hungry, it broke my heart honestly. I pray to god for their safety and their wellbeing 🙏🏼 may god help them. P.S one of their phrases is: We can’t help if they fall, that’s very common! Are you serious!! Not enough staff and most are definitely not compassionate!! They just don’t care.. it’s just their job. “God help all the patience in that facility” 🙏🏼 I can go on…

Would highly not recommend. My grandmother went there they released her with c diff and her legs were swollen like when she went in. Attempted to contact her doctors and nurses could not get a hold of them called back to majestic oaks to find out what we should do since she had diarrhea for 5 days after the release. Instead of a doctor or nurse contacting us The billing department contacted us saying they could take her back but they needed $9,000 up front to take her for the next 30 days. She has Medicare Medicare would pay for 100 days of the bed. They should have taken her back instead they refused to take her and she got sent to another facility. They then waited to turn in their billing from November and just recently turned it in in February. This caused her to receive a $7,214 bill from the facility that she is at because they did not know majestic oaks was billing Medicare. The people at this facility don't care about you they only care about your money and if you can't pay them what they want they will refuse to take you. I highly recommend you do not send a family member to this facility. You will regret the decision

Wow, I don't even know where to start! My dad was transported to this facility from Advent Hospital because he had a stroke and needed some rehab. There was never staff available, and this one guy that assisted my dad didn't even know what he was doing!🙄 When we called no one available to pick up our calls ! My dad fell the first night there .. He was on some meds that the side effects were horrible! Then they said they found my dad sitting on a chair and standing another day! lies because with his stroke, he had no mobility on his right side It is an extremely horrible place 😡 All my dad did was cry now. We discharged him immediately, He is finally home and he looks so much better! Please do your research 🙏 not a good place at all 😪 The worse experience ever! As I also went to get ice and water the faucet and the sink and the ice maker was all full of calcium i couldn't even take any, they give this water and possibly cook with this horrible water, I could imagine all the germs and other chemicals in the water there . With all the money they get, there should have, qualify in that facility And again, no staffs and the bit of staff they have, they are not properly trained God bless these poor people living there 🙏

Majestic Oaks killed my mother. It is a long story but she died of c-diff because of negligence on so many levels. After reading the investigation that was done on this facility because of her death, no one should go through what she did. It lists the horrible suffering she went through, to the point of reading the report just makes you so angry, especially when family was there constantly checking up and saying things that were completely ignored by this facility. To the point when we demanded her be brought to the hospital and they told us it wasn't necessary that it is family requested so it would take over an hour, and it did take that long. By the time she got in the ambulance she was crashing and died the next day. It should of been a large warning sign when most of the staff and employees we knew for years resigned and left. Their doctors don't care at all. The "primary care" doctor was there right before family got there and seen the situation. He said she needed a gastro doctor which could take months to get. No one took her blood pressure to see she was crashing. Not even the doctor. She had been vomiting and diarrhea for weeks and they told us she was not. Our mother kept telling us she was and when we asked we were told no she wasn't, she just missed us. She was just spitting up phlegm we were told, no record of diapers. She was not mobile and depended on proper care. Our mother was completely septic when she got to the hospital. Fever, vomiting, her intestines fell apart from the inside and collapsed from the infection being so bad and advance for weeks. The report said she suffered horribly. And they said family requested on the ambulance??? Thank God we were able to get the cat scan to see what happened before she died. If not she would of just died there and they would of said natural causes like so many others. I have alot of questions with other friends who also had their loved ones there and they died questioning what happened. One came back from surgery and died a few days later. I have no words for this facility except mom will get her justice... Mark my words and warning. If you love your loved ones DO NOT take them here. It is a facade and they are not organized enough to take care of your loved ones. They don't pay their staff to have good employees. For the few that are wonderful that still work there, God Bless you...

The skilled nursing facility has awesome staff and they quality of care is excellent. My grandpa was there for rehabilitation in March. The staff encouraged him and made sure he was up and dressed each day and the rehabilitation therapists and techs made sure he got everything he needed to be able to go home. It is a very clean facility.
