My mom was here for a short stay, the receptionist and staff were always willing to help and seemed caring, Michelle deserves more than 5 stars! She was kind, showed empathy and was extremely concerned and caring! She briefed me on her daily updates. My mom’s demeanor changed was more awake, and cognizant of her surroundings. I as very pleased with her care. If she gets approved for long term care I would love for her to come here.

I would love to say this place is perfect, most of the CNAs and nurses are awesome Everton ,Tatyana , Takayla(CNA), Germana, are the best. yes the employees are great except for the nutritionist, which is my opinion, should not be working around people, she's a nice enough person however I have had to fight with her about my food about my allergies and even after I told them what my allergies were they were still pepper, banana and nuts several times I almost called the police.I hope they change that person before somebody dies or gets hurt. I know that might sound like an exaggerationbut I have the picturesI wouldn't be doing them Justice if I didn't say the staff and everybody else, friendly, nice, and the place was clean.

Honestly the worst experience that my step dad has ever had, they ordered medication when we brought his medication from home and the nursing staff genuinely did not care and didn’t give him his eye drops for glaucoma which is very painful for him. Nor did they even look in the bag to see the type of medicine that he needs when his name is WRITTEN ON ALLLLLL OF HIS MEDICATION.This is a disgrace and I am very dissatisfied with the treatment that he went through. Especially the nurse with the grey bandana wrapped around her head, twisting her neck like she don’t care to hear what anyone has to say or believe she’s right.ONE OF THE WORST HOMES TO PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THEM. The place also smells really bad

My father was at Guardian Care for 7 years until he passed away. He had been in 2 other facilities prior to placing him at GC. I was at ease, because this place lifted his spirits. I was very appreciative of the staff, and with any place you will run across some negative and positive. However, the good out weighed the bad. They have an open door policy that I loved! I wanted to say there were some staff members that were new but the ones that went the EXTRA mile to make sure he was good was Mr. Kwasi, Mrs. Donna, and Mrs. Cpaul. As a family, you too must check on your family member and make sure they are ok as well. Clean facility with state of the art equiptment.

Awful experience! My mother has several medical conditions which left her unable to take care of herself and needed rehab. In my opinion, this was one of the worst places for her to go. The facility is really nice but some of the staff need more training on how to care for the patients. It would take over an hour at times for my mother to get assistance when she needed help, they never got her out of bed to help her shower, and very seldom would they take her to uses the restroom/bathroom. I thought this was part of rehab? I observed so many issues with this facility. And when my mom and I complained about an incident that took place with one of their staff, they quickly tried to cover it up and act as if it never happened. I would never recommend anyone to this facility. We were verily disappointed. :-(
