PAHRUMP HEALTH AND REHABILITATION CENTER

I would definitely recommend this place for anyone I care about. It is less than 2 miles from my parents home and they have both been clients. The communication and care is exceptional. The physical therapy helped my mother greatly and the facility was clean and cheerful each time I visited. Plenty of safe parking, its located in a quiet part of the town. I don't know details of other people's experiences however the clients I saw in there seemed content and well taken care of. I won't refer names because I don't want to leave anyone out of the compliments. I will just say you can trust this place to do what they are there for.

I have been at Rehab for about six months now and the people here have been an immense help in my recovery. Not only have they helped with my medical issues but with their encouragement I have been able to lose an appreciable amount of weight and have become even healthier for it. There have also been issues that have come up that I would not have known about if I had not been here. I am very grateful for everything that the facility and staff have done for me.

The staff is very kind, caring, considerate, compassionate, they have bed side manner and it is wonderful, I never have to press my button they are always on time with my medicine, the staff always make me smile they always check to make sure im okay when I'm down and when the staff sees me they give me hugs and that gives me joy I never felt more safe and secure anywhere so I would chose and refer this place to anyone and everyone I know the food is pleasant. Thank you everyone for bringing me such joy and happiness I've never had before

Well i gotta say this place is seriously outdated looks like hasn't been remodeled since the 80s when it was the looney bin ...old beds.. .. cheap mattresses..tiny tvs ...that u gotta compete with neighbors to hear your TV......the sound should go thru the beds controller so you don't have 2 blaring TVs going ....like the nice updated facilities have ....its understaffed horribly ...u wait 4 ever to get help once press the call button....like 20 minutes plus ...they don't have any drinks other then tea or coffee .or water ...sodas only if u buying out the vending machines that they probably own .foods horrible ...gotta double check your meds with nurses to make sure u getting right meds ...i wouldn't suggest this place unless u absolutely had nowhere else to go its so loud people yelling its like a psych ward ....so beware of this place ....the 3 stars it has is 2 stars to many so you been warned nothing but bad reviews for this establishment...you will regret coming rude nite nurses id give this dump a zero if i could last time room was cleaned was 4 days ago this whole place stinks like urine absolutely worst facility was a fight last night at 10 pm people were cursing and yelling .......zero security absolutely unacceptable place should be closed down.......10/7 update no returned calls no inhome wound care .no wheelchair nothing don't come here been warned

Kathy’s leadership as DON is nothing short of inspiring—she is knowledgeable, hands-on, and genuinely cares about the well-being of both residents and staff. It’s clear that they lead by example, fostering a positive and uplifting culture throughout the facility. If you’re looking for a place where residents receive exceptional care and the staff are empowered by amazing leaders, this is it!
