My sister was taken to Oasis suppose to be the skilled nursing home, but the admin who came in to speak with us said that it was just a nursing home. I toured the place before I took my sister there and they said it was. The first day she vomited in her trachea and they just wiped around it and when I asked if she needed to change it and the respiratory person said no. Next my sister sat in her feces for over and hour after I got there twice. Next the nurse name Tj was changing her and rolled up her gown that had feces on it to her chest where her feeding tube was. When I asked her why did she put that dirty feces gown on her feeding tube and I quote" Oh it's not touching that side " I said ma'am it has bacteria on that gown because it has feces on it and you put it on top of her feeding tube. She looked at me then walked out after she finished. The person who cleaned her mattress was spraying right next to my sister to clean thr mattress because I told Tj that the mattress smell like pee and she asked me if I wanted to clean it, and I answered no. This is the worse place to take your love one. Most of the people except Ms Teal has a nasty attitude. From the person who owns it to the admin and the nurses. The occupational nurses were nice but some of them act like that they did not know what they were doing. Pray that no one will gets the service we got from there. The owner wanted to argue, but by this time I was just too worn out to give him any time of the day. They were giving her medicines unconsented because we had not signed papers for her to even be there. She was there 3 days and they just sent us papers today to admit her in the nursing home November 14th 2025 for her to even be in the building or give her medicines. The main thing is I was told I could have a camera, so I at night I had the camera on and I watched my sister lay there like a fish out of water struggling, so we had to rush in the middle of the night to find out that she really was struggling with her tongue out and gasping for air not one night but two nights. It was horrible to watch but they denied it and I am so glad I have it recorded. That's not a good place for your love one. My loved one vomited the first day she was there and I asked the respiratory person if she needed to replace the Canon out and she just wiped around it and said no. When we took her out the 4th day and put her in the hospital the doctors discovered that she had pneumonia in both lungs plus she was sepsis. Don't ever put your love one in this place and if you do anyway. You need to run as fast as you can to take them out. I also say that if I could give them a double zero I would.

Please do not bring your loved one to the oasis at Pearland my baby died at this place because the RP and the nurse didn't do what they were suppose to do to save her I spoke to Khaled Chamsine supposedley the administrator about the problems i was having with nurses and some cna's and he did nothing about it and he assured me he would all he does is walk up and down the hallways and he will go in the patient room and ask if everthing is okay and if we have a problem he will say he will take care of it as soon as he walks out of the room he forgets and does nothing the respiratory therapist Robert every time he was in care of my daughter, my daughter coughed a lot because he didn't suction her good enough the night my daughter passed he didn't suction her at all I desperately asked him twice he never did it she aspirated and went into cardiac arrest and she past away ,and he would also never wash my daughters mouth if Ada didn't ask him to do it second time i desperatley went to ask him to come to suction my daughter he was in a room suctioning an ellderly man very agressively he had him crying in pain, Robert did ,Another one that denied me help with my baby was a cna name Keevan i asked him if he was going to help me that night because there was no other cna in our area that night he told me no all he does he sits in the hall way all night long till it's time to start changing the patients for the next shift at 7:am , there was a couple of times that for three days i didn't have diapers wipes nor gloves for my baby because if Marilyn didn't feel like giving me any she would just skip our room,La Quitta is a cna that has a horrible mad looking face and a horrible attitude, I was scared when she got near my daughter last but not least was a new male nurse they hired name Terese he was my daughter's nurse the night she passed away he loves to argue he kept yelling at me telling me to take my daughter home as critical as she was neither him or Robert did nothing to save my baby they didn't have enough sense to know how sick my daughter was they would not have care anyway i had to call 911 myself ,,Teel the advocate did nothing I talked to her several times she never did nothing about it owner Zachrey does nothing, he need to let those people go they are a cancer to that place Again if you have a loved one there please take them out of that hell hole before it's to late !!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I called asking about the admission process & what’s needed. Whoever was working in admissions was the rudest ever!! She didn’t even ask more in depth questions like what’s the patient’s condition or anything. She didn’t let me talk, kept talking over me. And she said it’s impossible to get in there. This was the most ridiculous comment it made absolutely no sense I wanted to laugh. She kept repeating “oh I’ve been here 3 years and have never seen anyone admitted here from home”. So how do you have patients? Or have business? I asked her if she says this to everyone she talks to and she said yes! So you’re not even going to try since you can predict the future for everyone? Ridiculous. This was the rudest person I’ve yet talked to and the worst first impression yet. I wouldn’t want to stay there after this experience.

I came to visit my dad at 9:15 pm. I was shocked and upset to see that, that late at night nobody was there to question me and I just walked in. That door should be locked and anyone who wants to visit should be buzzed in an Id. Anyone can walk in off the street , assault a patient or steal. please make changes to security for safety of the patients
