From the front office to the physical therapists to the doctors and caregivers, we couldn't have asked for better care! Antonio and Leslie were so fantastic with Mom, she adored them. I would highly recommend if you're looking for quality care for your loved one. Paula (Mom) and her family (us) really appreciate the care she received!

My mom recently stayed at Life Care Centers of Paradise Valley in Phoenix, Arizona, for rehab after her total knee replacement— and I can’t say enough great things about the experience! The staff is incredibly competent, compassionate, and dedicated. From day one, they made sure she felt supported, safe, and motivated to reach her goals. Thanks to the skilled therapy team, she was bending her knee to 124 degrees in no time, truly amazing progress! The entire team is rocking it, and we are so grateful for their professionalism and upbeat attitude. It’s clear they love what they do, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of quality rehab care. Thank you for taking such great care of my mom!

As a nursing student who has completed many clinical rotations in different settings, I can honestly say this was the best long-term care facility I have ever experienced. The environment is exceptionally clean, and the nurses are both experienced and compassionate in their care. The management team is not only highly professional but also well-informed about each patient's needs.

My husband was in your facility for just under a month and the care he received from CNA Darlene was outstanding, the Wound Care nurse was great and the OT and PT that worked with my husband was good. The patient only gets 30 minute sessions 5 times a week which really isn’t enough time . The Aids are overworked and many times my husband sat in his wheelchair for hours before someone came to help him into bed. Their buzzer system for assistance left a lot to be desired. The Doctors on call which visited my husband daily were nice and when I was there I was able to get my questions answered. The food was hit or miss but they did have a system where you could swap out the lunches and dinners for alternative selections. Breakfast was basically the same every morning with little variations. My biggest frustrations/ concerns were: The nurses in unit 2B that sat at the nurses station were not very friendly, when I had a question they acted like I was bothering them. When my husband was admitted, there was no intake process for me as the spouse so I had no idea what to expect with his care or the “rules”. The Case Manager, Rachelle was not friendly either. She was rarely in her office and I always had to leave a voicemail and they were not answered in a timely manner. Rachelle was also very rude and always in a hurry to get out of the room when she was told I was waiting in my husband’s room for her. She was pleasant enough once she knew my husband was getting discharged. I made a comment about the lack of an intake process and she said information was left in my husband’s room for me to read…I found this out after he had been there 3 weeks. I took the information home and it was evident that this was to be reviewed with me in person as it required signatures. This Center was not my first choice and I only chose it due to the proximity to my home. Unfortunately I can’t give this facility a great recommendation. My neighbor’s mother was in this facility too and the family was not happy either with her care. It was nice to know I wasn’t the only one feeling this way.,
