Lillian Carter Health and Rehabilitation Center is an amazing place! My father in law had phenomenal care until he passed away. He was always clean! His room never had a bad smell! The staff were amazing and very helpful when we had questions. You can tell they truly care for the patients well being! I would highly recommend this center to anyone who needs care for their loved ones!

If you have a love one that needs help i STRONGLY advise you don’t go here. My uncle was basically STARVED to death here. His room was disgusting. Sat in a pop diaper bc they wouldn’t change him. Hot in the building. Luckily they switched up his appointments & we were able to get into a hospital days before he passed. If not who knows what would happened.

My mother was committed back in April of this year. The staff is warm and caring and my mother is comfortable and well-taken care of. They ensure her safety and well-being at all times and I would highly recommend them for the care of your loved ones.

Scoops Americus had the pleasure of visiting Lillian Carter Nursing Home recently to serve ice cream to the residents/staff, and it was truly a memorable and uplifting experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm atmosphere of the facility was immediately evident. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and made everyone feel at ease. Their dedication to the well-being of the residents is truly inspiring. The highlight of the visit was, of course, sharing ice cream with the residents/staff. There was such joy and laughter as everyone enjoyed their sweet treat. It was clear how much the little things, like this simple act of kindness, meant to the residents and staff. The smiles on their faces were priceless and reminded me of the importance of connection and community. The facility itself is well-maintained, with comfortable and welcoming spaces that cater to the needs of the residents. It’s evident that Lillian Carter Nursing Home goes above and beyond in creating a positive and supportive environment. Whether it’s the compassionate care, the engaging activities, or the personal attention each resident receives, they truly focus on making each day special. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to volunteer and contribute in a small way to making their day brighter. I highly recommend Lillian Carter Nursing Home to anyone looking for a place where compassion, care, and community shine through in everything they do.

Lillian Carter H&R is an amazing place and the people that work here are absolutely amazing.They always go above and beyond to make sure that the residents are safe. I have met the most incredible people that genuinely care and love the residents as if they are family. They effortlessly and tirelessly pour everything they have into their work. They patiently and kindly walk you through every step of the way with helping you with any thing you need to enroll you loved one into a home away from home environment .
