My father who’s 78 was placed here yesterday. This is the most beautiful, amazing, long term care facility I’ve ever seen!! Very clean and inviting atmosphere. The courtyard is beautiful 🤩. The best part is the staff!! All of them are very talented, and most important Kind a patient with my father. Amy in admissions is an Angel for helping us move our father into this incredible place🥰
My 95 year old mother was there for an 8 day stay, transitioning from hospital to assisted living at another facility (that she has been living at independently for 15 years). The double room was quite spacious, the food was amazing and the care was top notch. The few times I saw my mother press the call button, someone responded within a minute or two and provide the care or meds that she needed. Staff were very attentive all the time and someone was checking on her every 30 minutes or so. My mom has been in three other rehab / skilled nursing places over the past 5 years and this one blows them all away in every category imaginable.
Clean atmosphere overall. When visiting, the visitor chairs made the room feel cramped. Surprised that when the patient was out of his bed sitting in a wheelchair, no staff member had straightened his sheets, pads and bedding.
My mother had severe, end stage COPD. She had been living in independent living at Stoneridge Community and was moved after a few hospitalizations to CreekView Health Center and eventually to Creekview Assisted living. We found that though nothing is perfect, that the staff at both Assisted living and Skilled Nursing were kind and caring. They showed genuine personal care in my mother's complicated condition. It was not only the nurses and assistants / care givers, but the management, med techs, food service and engineering all showed concern. I am grateful for this team and the personalized care that they showed.
I can't recommend Creekview enough, I wish there were 10 Stars! My mom lived there for 3 years when she was no longer able to live on her own, and every staff member there, from the receptionist to the caregivers, the kitchen, the managers, the wonderful nurses and to every single person who did all the things in between without any recognition, above and beyond, I SAW you all. It became my second home and family until the day she passed and beyond. If you want to have your family member stay in a facility and have peace of mind, this is the place.
