I want to thank the staff at Avamere for taking such good care of my mother Ms Bonnie. Rachael, Shelly and Amera you were all so kind to her and I thank you so much. I know my Mom deep down appreciates all you did for her.
I was well attended by the staff at Avemere rehabilitation at Ridgemont. They were caring and empathetic to my needs through it all.

I just heard the staff here tell a potential patient a bold face lie! Abundant staff who help the patients quickly! What a lie! My call light goes unanswered for 30 minutes. And right now I am still waiting for my physical therapy that was scheduled for 1:30pm and it is now 2:00pm! I am a patient flexible person. But I have been left exposed with out a call light as well.
Everyone was a very pleasant, and helpful, I felt well cared for and safe. The physical therapy and occupational therapy was conducted professionaly and with every care towards my safe and thought towards my recovery. I also received speech therapy that was excellent. Especially noted.was the care of the nurses aids. They deserve a big thank you for the service and support they provided during my stay.
The facility is clean and well-maintained with staff members who are kind and friendly. I have worked with the social services team and found the director, Robert, to be very responsive and efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable stay for their loved ones.
