My husband was sent for skilled nursing at the Life Care Center from the hospital after a bad fall at home. The staff could not have been more accommodating, professional and friendly. While the building has seen better days and the staff could be larger, it was cheerful and clean and the staff was surprisingly prompt. He has only spent two days and two nights there, this is a first impression but I feel it will continue.
This was my first visit to an old friend I had not seen in many years. I was welcomed at the reception desk. Asked to register and waited for my friend to join me. The facility was clean and my old friend was enjoying his stay in assisted living. Yesterday was his 88th birthday.
We greatly appreciated the care and support my father received at Life Care Center in Port Townsend. Everyone there worked hard to meet his needs and to accommodate his wishes. My brother and I felt he was being taken care of properly and cheerfully and we were comforted by their care of our father.
I had a short visit with a friend that was admitted a few days ago. Everyone was helpful and busy with their day. Very professional.
I appreciate the great care and consideration I observe each week when I visit my grandmother. From the front desk greeters to the admin folks to the kitchen staff that I see serving real food each week. The nursing staff and CNAs are friendly and helpful. I look forward to my visits and love what I witness. Thank you so much for the difference you make in the lives of our most important population, our elders!
