HERITAGE HEALTH SERVICES

Thank you to the entire team for the care given to my sister during her recent stay at your facility!!! After being turning down by several locations in our area Heritage Health Service took her in. She got the services needed and was able to return back to apartment within a short period of time...which was her goal. Everyone was cheerfully, friendly and most importantly helpful. Our hats goes off to this wonderful team...keep up the great work "Heritage Health Service team". We truly apricate how your team came through for us.

Heritage Health Services in Port Washington is a horrible choice to send a loved one!! The quality of care given at that place is atrocious. Don't get me wrong, there are a couple good Nurses and CNA' s there, but they can only do so much. Sadly, their kindness cannot outweigh others lack of knowledge, their inability to preform BASIC caregiver tasks, amount of neglect, amount of disrespect they show the residents and family members, and overall pure ignorance. "Nurses" who have no clue what they are doing for basic catheter care and overall anything medical. My mom was left in the same position for over 12 hours. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! I can only imagine how fast she would have deteriorated had I not gotten her out of there. If this is how they care for someone within the first day of them being there, I can only imagine what would have happened to my mom if she would have been there any longer. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!! It's dark, dreary, uninviting, outdated, reeks of urine, and staff is careless to the point where your loved one will only deteriorate at a faster pace than what is expected due to neglect. If you put your loved on here, one thing is certain they will pass sooner rather than later.

My friends mother was in this facility for LESS then 24hrs after being discharged from Aurora grafton. Upon this extremely short stay multiple nurses neglected proper Cath care & other health care needs. The administrator said she would be opening an investigation, will she though? If you read all the HORRIBLE reviews about this place you shouldn’t even have to think twice about putting your family/loved one in this facility. They are rated one star for a reason. Lazy staff & lazy management just looking for a pay check.

My mother has been treated with kindness and caring during her stay at Heritage. Additionally, the staff has been incredibly helpful answering questions and simply going above and beyond. They've made her recovery process much easier.

Like a previous review, if we're able to rate with a negative star I would, my wife died in a facility in Mayville, WI which I assumed could be the worst, but a week ago my sister died in this hole which make the Mayville facility seem like the Waldorf. I can't honestly say a single positive thing about this "care facility" citing there is no care whatsoever.
