I give this place 5 Stars. First impressions do matter. When entering, it was very appealing and had a warm and inviting feeling. We were pleasantly greeted by Erica and were introduced to many staff. All of them had smiles and answered all of our questions and concerns. Had it not been for Erica taking on the initiative and determination to get our mom there that day, our mom would have ended up in a facility that had many red flags. Her professionalism, knowledge, and concern for our mom and our situation will always be remembered. It was a Friday and she did 4 days of work by the end of that day. She sacrificed her agenda for that day to accommodate our immediate needs. It has since been about 2 weeks and our mom is very happy there. Thank you to ALL Staff for taking such good care of our mother. GOD BLESS YOU ALL

My mom has been a resident at Pruitt Seaside since September 2024, and I can truly say the experience has been a blessing. Like any care facility, there have been a few bumps along the way, but what really matters is how those moments are handled—and the team here always steps up. The administrator and staff have been kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in making things right whenever issues arise. Their compassion and follow-through have given our family peace of mind, knowing my mom is in a place where people truly care. No place is perfect, but Pruitt Seaside comes very close. It’s a wonderful example of what excellence in senior care looks like—heartfelt, attentive, and dedicated to their residents’ well-being.

My mom spent 18 days here and it was fantastic. The entire staff were fantastic, compassionate, and took wonderful care of her during her stay. While I hope she never needs long term rehab again, if she does Pruitt Seaside will be where she goes.

Good morning, To the management team and staff. Just want to hi lite my previous experience at Pruitt Seaside location. I have a relative residing at your facility and was very impressed the last time I visited. The cleanliness of the room,hallways and restrooms. I also had the privilege of talking with an employee who seemed to be multitasking around the entire facility. I did ask her, her name and she said December. You need 10 of her so every family can feel their love ones are safe. With Warmest Regards

Erica, the new admissions director has been a great addition to this facility. She has been extremely helpful and has made us feel seen and heard. My family member was at a facility that in Savannah that closed and they were transferred out of town against our many pleas to keep him close to family. After calling multiple places, Erica listened and was able to get us to transfer our family member to this facility with ease. She is so caring and very attentive. After all the headaches we were able to get my family member here and it has been an easy transition. The facility is clean and the staff have been extremely nice. Would highly recommend recommend to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.
