SANATOGA CENTER

Two weeks ago I was unexpectedly admitted to Sanatoga center for physical rehabilitation I'd had another fall with no injury however my physician felt I would benefit to some strengthening and a review of the basic rules of ambulatory safety. I was not happy! I just wanted to go home. But I aquiessed and decided to just give it a try I must tell you I realized that I not only needed physical help but I needed rest I needed help being able to focus again and I needed to eat After about two weeks I feel brand new. I have been sleeping every night I have PT Twice daily and OT as well. My brain is clearer I feel much more focused and just the fact that as a diabetic I am eating three meals a day my entire energy has changed The entire staff is excellent. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to explain things I have never felt as if I was an imposition and I felt safe here. Saratoga center is a very homey feeling with staff who care about you . So no matter your age or your reason for needing rehabilitation, please consider Sanatoga. Having to go to rehabilitation is difficult but they know that and you will be supported. All the best

Do ur self a favor and Do NOT ever go here unless u want ur family or friends or yourself to rot in bed and not be seen my nurses for hours while they sit and yap with one another and when they do come in they have no answers and treat u like ur dumb and also not wanna help. People in need sitting in halls to get any attention and still get ignored by staff and staff talking to them like they are stupid or slow when they are human spending money to be there. The saddest thing I have ever seen my mom wasn’t in there for more then a day and half and she needed to be there for 4 days and she couldn’t handle the no care and I couldn’t let her be treated like scum. And see everyone else be mistreated. Just cause they don’t beat u doesn’t mean it’s not neglect. Even the supervisor was rude to me and took me in the hall and when I told her my concern and I was very upset I can admit but instead of helping and being nice to help me understand she had her little nurses around her coming at me and talking over the supervisor and not helping patients. There was only one nice nurse at night time and she didn’t have any answers without having to talk to supervisor and she was just stuck in the middle but every other nurse was rude and talking shit on all the patients right in front of non verbal people that are their for help. Do not go there and spend ur money trust me if it the only option u have I would go spend a few hours with the person ur denying and see for urself. Worst place to ever exist for people in need. Should be shut down

Very clean and well run facility that is staffed with very nice nurses. Lots of great activities for the residents and food is good too! Really excellent therapy team and medical team. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Sanatoga Center! From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, compassionate, and professional. The physical and occupational therapy team worked hard to create a personalized plan, and we saw a real improvement every week. The facility itself is cleaned and well maintained. The communication with the family was excellent. As a family, we always felt informed and involved in the care process. Mom is home now and we are so grateful for all the care received.

My grandma needed wound care and therapy after a long stay at Pottstown Hospital. The staff are super friendly and helpful. You can tell that they actually care about their patients which put me at ease. It was amazing seeing how grandma progressed in therapy and how her wounds healed. Great job Sanatoga team!
