Love and appreciate the staff at the pines! Today i will mention the music and Woody was making Connie so happy (as always). The whole crowd in the room was singing tapping or clapping along! So many smiles! Lots of favorite songs! Thanks again!

Every one is friendly and respectful. am pleased with the way the place is clean. The staff is on top of things. I feel relieved when I have to leave. I feel my husband is in good care.He is in a better place in his mind.

The nursing team is well-equipped to provide prompt, effective attention, and you can truly sense the organization and preparedness behind the scenes. Happy faces are everywhere—residents chatting in common areas, enjoying activities, or simply relaxing in their rooms. There’s a genuine sense of joy and engagement that comes from meaningful routines and the attentive staff who treat everyone with kindness and respect.

The Pines takes excellent care of my dad. He's always in great spirits when we visit. The floors are clean and bright and the staff are wonderful people who really care for their patients and make families feel safe entrusting them with our loved ones. I would recommend to anyone seeking affordable care for their family member in the Hudson Valley.

The receptionist was pleasant. The LPN was attentive to meet the needs of my family member when she needed assistance. The nurses station was fully staffed when my visit ended. My family member informed me that her walker went missing. Staff assured that once located it would be returned.
