LIFE CARE CENTER OF SOUTH HILL

My husband has been here a week. It has been a good experience so far. The important factors are met. Facility, medical group,rehab and other personal. Negative-food. Only one or two items worth eating. Have family bring you something.

From the moment we first enter the facility every employee was friendly courteous and very professional. Each person who was testing my wife made her feel welcome and important to them. The facility itself is beautiful and we feel blessed to have been accepted to be here. I have no doubt my wife will continue to move forward through the teams efforts. After being here for a bit of time we have found everyone to be concerned about us and others under their care. The Therapy teams are amazing. They expect you to put out the effort but are careful to assure you don’t over reach your current abilities. All the staff make you feel like you are among friends. From the moment you enter you and your visitors are greeted with a friendly smile. As to the price, it is well worth the price for the care you get. There are a variety of programs and events to keep you busy and special events to forward to. We can’t recommend this facility any higher than to say I would choose this place over any other for my family or myself

I was a visitor only at the Care Center while a good friend was there for just over a month. Each time I checked in or out I was treated very graciously. The care staff were amazing with their attention and skill. Everyone was so friendly and helpful I felt very pleased that my friend was in this facility.

I visited my mom at this facility. Walking in, I was immediately impressed. It was very spacious inside. The furnishings and decor felt more like a high end hotel. The staff was pleasant, attentive and helpful. My mom praised the physical therapist and nurses. She didn't have to wait long for someone to assist her when she called. She said the food was excellent. And she was impressed with the activities offered such as beading, playing dominoes and having ice cream sundaes.

My family had Thanksgiving dinner with my father, and it was very well put together. Plenty of good quality, traditional Thanksgiving food. Very enjoyable. It was great to spend the meal with my dad.
