I need to put a warning out for anyone inquiring this facility. I do not recommend. Not from a biased standpoint or a general standpoint. I do not need to go into specifics. But I do need to remind the public that where we put our family members or friends, the facility that gets picked, you need to do your research on them and visit a couple times. I do not recommend if you or someone you know needs total care, or specialized care. Until they find staff that are willing to put their own wants/needs behind the residents, they might not give the quality care thats necessary to feel like a decent human being. Staff, residents, and the community need to take into account, that they call this an assisted living facility. This is a long term and short term care facility all in one. This is not assisted. And if you even need assistance? Please do not rely on the clock work. Please do your homework if you feel that you deserve better than bare minimum. Look at reviews and make several visits. It seems like many places like this are working harder to make themselves look good right now, over making people feel good. This facility is not up to standard.

Very very nice facility! Clean, and the Director of Nurses Services, Pam ,is a true gem. My husband is here now, and when I leave after a visit everyday,I know they will treat him with kindness and gentle care. One little complaint would be he’s been without water for too long of time, I wish they’d hydrate better. But as for his all around care it’s excellent!! I love the nurses!

The facility looks so much nicer and cleaner than before. You can tell there are a lot of new staff, and everyone has been professional and welcoming. The new administrator was incredibly helpful and really knows what he’s doing. Great experience overall.

If you have a loved one this is definitely NOT the place to.put them!! I didn't want to give them even 1 star. I asked for assistance for my brother who just had open heart surgery to use the restroom and the so called nurse told me ,she rather have him pee himself than him fall on her and hurt her!!! And thats exactly what happened, the next day he pressed the button for help, they never came and he pee on himself!!! They didn't give him any of his heart pills for 2 days!!! He just had a very intense open heart surgery!! His roommate even told us ,you.press the button for help and no one would come!!

I laid there in excruciating pain Fir six hours before they would give me a Tylenol. When I got stuck on the toilet because the pain was too much and my legs were weak, the nurse stood with the door to my room and the door to the bathroom open and laughed at me. My roommate laid in a soiled diaper for over two hours. I asked to be transferred to a hospital and the doctor got upset and said she would give me more pain meds. I insisted on getting help. She said FINE BUT WE ARE NOT PAYING FOR IT When i got to the hospital they informed me that if I hadn't gotten there when I did, I could have died. I had an infection in my spine that we didn't know about because Linden nor Good Samaritan hospital card to check. They just chalked my pain up to my age. I'm 61
