My mother was sent here after a surgery and I found the facility to be tastefully decorated. The staff was the highlight of her short stay. I felt they could provide more activities for the residents. The biggest complaint my mother had was the food selection and quality. I brought her meals to help sustain her.

Our Dad received rehab services at Pruitt Health Raleigh for seven weeks after hospitalization. During his time there, staff were kind and gave personalized care. They were attentive to family members as well. The facility supported Dad in his life-long passion of playing the piano daily, and they assisted him in becoming more active. The courtyard was beautiful and we noticed that the outdoor fountain provided peace for patients and families. Therapists were skilled, nurses and aides were busy but always willing to help, front desk staff were friendly, social workers and activity workers were responsive, and the housekeeping staff was supportive. We also noticed that long term residents were engaged in activities of interest like jewelry making and playing cards. We were grateful for the pleasant, daily interactions.

My mom has lived at Pruitt Health Raleigh for the past year (I also had experience at this facility as a CNA student many years ago) and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. Every time I visit my mom, even unannounced, she is well-groomed, in good spirits and in good health. From the nursing staff (Joan, Jean, Vanessa, Augusta, and Stevie to name a few), to the friendly and ever-helpful admins, to the therapy, housekeeping, and kitchen staff - you can tell that each and every staff member, as difficult as their work may be, genuinely cares about their residents well-being. They have one of area’s select few locked memory care units that accept Medicaid, and many other levels of care and on-site services. They are in a wonderful location off I-40 near lots of fun places like the State Farmers Market, Howling Cow Ice Cream, and Dorothea Dix Park. I am forever grateful to the staff that have made this facility such a joyful, comfortable, and safe home for my mom. I would recommend Pruitt Health Raleigh without reservation.

My family has been looking for a long term care facility for my wife's father. We visited PruittHealth-Raleigh today and we were impressed with the open, airy and clean facility. The staff were pleasant and friendly as were the patients we saw. Tara, I hope I spelled her name right, was extremely warm and friendly and shared lots of information that was both helpful and reassuring. This was all comforting as we are coping with difficult times.

During my stay at Pruitt, all the staff made me feel welcome and they were all professional. The food served during meal times was great. The facility was very clean and clean. I truly appreciate the love and care I received during my stay at this facility.
