Overall I give this place a good review. It’s clean the food is edible and the skilled personal are very professional. I would like to thank Nurse Stacy Willam’s for always going above and beyond to take care of her patients. I can tell she cares about people and I appreciate that. She made my stay here that much better and my recovery a lot smoother.

This facility is what you see is what you going to get. I have several times gone over with staff in regards to my husband's medication, his appearance, and complaints of the CNA disappearing. The therapy is great but the nursing is horrible. Being a Kaiser patient you would think you would be placed in a better environment for rehabilitation. Good thing this is only temporary and not long-term. This shows me that Kaiser cares less about the patient and it's all about a dollar. My suggestion to anyone that loved one is here and you're having problems, contact the ombudsman office and file a complaint and hopefully changes will occur. A little update today 08/20, I strongly recommend that you do not send any of your lungs to this place. I was questioning the administrator Juanita about my husband's therapy when she was not getting. I question about the care again that he was not receiving. When you question them about the facility they have a tendency of calling the police on you. I had to call California Department of Health on on them 3 times. And also had to report some CNAs because of the care they were providing my husband. Not to mention, they refused to let my husband come home and forcing him into a long-term facility when he has a home to come to and family to care for him. I beg you people do not send your family to this facility, you will regret it.

Do not recommend this facility for your loved ones. Was here visiting my grandmother and noticed that the staff are very rude and negligent with their patients. There was a lady down the hall from my grandmother’s room, yelling and banging a spoon on her table for 3.5 hours asking to be changed as she was soiled. We kept asking staff at the nurse stations to assist the lady as she was asking for a nurse for a long time. A nurse came in after what felt like forever and was very rude to the patient. She walked in to the lady’s room on a phone call with someone that sounded not related to her work and then persisted to yell at the patient who was telling her that she was soiled. Very disappointed with my visit here and am hoping to get my grandmother out of this facility soon.

My friend is currently at this facility. She told me that it is horrible. She had asked the LVN for a stool softener for the last week. They say ok.. leave the room and she never see’s them again. It took three hours for her just to get a diaper change. The food is awful, she has been living on PB&J sandwiches. The doctor came in and asked her why she was here.. what the heck.. they don’t read the chart before entering the room.. I live out of state and her daughters are up North..I plan on calling on Monday to lodge a complaint.. I read the employee reviews.. it seems like it’s poor management.. they don’t seem to care about their employees or the patients..just terrible for those who have no choice but to stay there.. very sad..
