This has been a big part of my life. You all have truly changed my life. The therapist and the CNAs are wonderful. Thank you all! My nurse, Shelia is so pleasant to work with. Friday is one of a kind. Thank you to Autumn and Natalie for taking care of by billing concerns. Robin is such a hard worker and was a big help with my discharge. Thank you Sherie, for being so kind and always checking on me. I am really going to miss you all. I really enjoyed my time here.

2nd time. This place is unreal. No having wipes constantly to correct size diapers ir clean linen they have laundry need on this 1 floor approx 120 beds per side or less. More problems then can afford new floor in whole build but not more staff that agencies have people for that reason. They leave people in their room for hrs never checking on them but they can say the "every 2 hrs" AIN'T NEVER HAPPENED IN 2 YRS I'VE BEEN HERE ANTHERE IS MORE BUT I'M SHOW MANAGER JONATHAN WILL NOT LET IT BE SEEN!!

This place the worst - friend there went there to walk better, approx 2yrs she is still there, they gotten her finally walking 3X's but end PT before she can walk out the door. Also family calls there and phone in nursing station has to ring over 100X's maybe to be answered maybe not. They leave patient and dirty diapers for over 3-6 hours, constantly run out of right size. Run out of medical supplies & is clean linens. Doctor & staff have no business possessing licenses as they don't care about patients well fair, doctor constantly said she had no UTI when she was finally sent to hospital "oh this woman has UTI, 15+ X's now, he prescribed medicine for her foot pain (she a diabetic & has one leg amputated already) whatever it was caused skin on toe to drop off. And the nurses can't be bothered to call doctor when family calls and says that she is in pain and foot throbbing. OH but now NO PT because of foot. The kitchen can't seem to stop sending the wrong food for diabetics. Administration clueless, when it comes to patient care, family interaction, what nursing staff is doing for patients. But can send bill for 1000's ever though insurance company's told being on Medicare & Medicade your bills are 100% covered. They moved her to another wing and keep trying to report her as perm resident when she checked herself in this place she was walking just wanted to get Better at it and go home to live her life. Because of this place she can barely stand up much less be able to walk out the door. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you are looking for safe place for your family member or yourself, RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. HOPEFULLY THE VIRGINIA MEDICAL BOARD WILL TAKE AWAY Docter & Staff Licenses & VIRGINIA BOARD OF HEALTH SHUTS THIS PLACE DOWN. I get calls every other day for weeks about the POOR PAIENT CARE UP THERE IN VIRGINIA IS IN THIS PLACE, THE PEOPLE & POLITICIANS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW THIS FACILITY & STAFF TREAT & CARE FOR YOU SICK, DISABLED & ELDERLY & SOME OF DOCTORS, ADMINISTRATION & STAFF MEMBERS SHOULD BE BANNED, FINED & OR JAILED.

I went to visit my former client Elouise Thornton that I cared for when she was at home. She had a birthday on September 25th and I couldn't come on that day however we had a very nice visit the next day. She was in the dining room because it was lunch time. It was nice to see her again and she was looking good. We took some pictures of our special day. She was glad to see me. Jacqueline Stokes
