BELLE FOUNTAIN NURSING & REHABILITATION CENTER

My dad hated being at a rehab center, away from my mom and their apartment :) but the staff at Belle Fountain did a GREAT job helping him stablize after a hospital stay and build enough strength so he could go home in a wheelchair. The common areas are pleasant and his room was spacious. Aging parents are so frail - it was a comfort meeting the care team and knowing he was in good hands. Thanks so much!

My grandmother (Ethel Cochrel) stayed here in room 47A in May. Recently she asked for Destiny Church by name when looking for home health care. When I asked why, she said she’ll never forget the personalized level of care she got from Destiny while staying at Belle Fountain. She went home on Mother’s Day in really high spirits. Told me she was moved by Destiny’s kindness and attentiveness. Made her really feel at home there.

Jamie receptionist, very helpful, kind pleasant. She will do whatever she can do to help you or get what you needed with a smile on her face. April admissions very kind and happy always a smile on her face and she will do whatever she can to help you get what you need and or want Cynthia RN very helpful kind and will do whatever is needed to help you or others April LPN very kind, pleasant and won’t bend over backwards to do whatever she can to get you what you need Heather Very helpful kind and will do whatever is needed. Always happy and will do what Ever you need Destiny CNA Very helpful kind and will bend over backwards to make sure everything is OK and comfortable for you Casey CNA she always has a smile on her face. She will bend over backwards to get what you need. She has such a pleasant personality. Mike Director of activities He is always pleasant kind willing to make sure that everything is going good and you’re having fun. He is always so upbeat. He is such a great guy.

I'm writing this in thanks to the most dedicated, hardworking young woman, Traci, who has been caring for my 97 y o mother. She goes above and beyond to show kindness, gentleness, loving ways in a tireless fashion. Her hard work makes an incredible impact and has lifted my heart in ways she will never know. God bless her and I believe she will go very far in life especially with her genuinely kind soul.

My wife and I have been here for 6 weeks. We have had a wonderful experience. The staff is great. Casey and Mirna go above and beyond for me and my wife. Leslie has been great with medical things going on with my wife. She comes in right away to help. All the nurses have been great. Would recommend.
