My name is Howard Kastin I’m 87 years old , until my recent accident in late September I was totally independent and ended up being reliant on many people. One of the people who I happened to be in the presence of is a gentleman named Reuben Azose he is the concierge at the Grand Pavilion. Since my arrival he has always been helpful and attentive for all of my needs. I couldn’t ask for a better person to give me assistance he is always smiling and friendly. Bibi and Daisy are 2 extremely good and helpful aids. They brighten my day whenever I see them.

My mom was a patient here from 9/2/25 until 11/26/25, she received excellent care! Her aides in the day Pria, Bebe, daytime Sharon, Renee, & her night-time aide Darlene were amazing. My mom had two excellent physical therapists Toni & Jackie, whom my mother loved! They really helped my mother after she fell in August

My aunt in her 90's is currently in The Grand Pavilion for short term rehab from a fall that she had. The care has been outstanding, PT and OT are amazing! A heartfelt thank you to Reuben, he is the go to guy when you need something to get done! Yesterday I spoke with him and mentioned it was my aunt's birthday, in no time Reuben had a Happy Birthday balloon for my aunt and the staff sang the Happy Birthday song to her! That meant a lot to myself and our family being that most of us live out of state and could not be there with her to celebrate her birthday in person. My aunt tells me on a daily basis how much she enjoys the food there, she looks forward to every meal because she knows it will be an enjoyable meal! My Dad, 88, stayed at the Grand Pavilion after falling and fracturing his hip. The entire team showed genuine compassion and care throughout his recovery. The administration was attentive and always made sure our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. The nurses were helpful and responsive, ensuring my dad was comfortable and well cared for. His PT sessions with the team of therapists got him stronger and confident to get back home . We’re truly grateful for the kindness and professionalism that supported him in his recovery.

I just wanted to share some fantastic news! Mom's rehab at The Grand Pavilion was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredible – so kind and helpful, and Mom had the best time.
