HIGHLAND MEADOWS HEALTH & REHAB

My grandpa stayed at Highland Meadows for two months this past September after he fractured his hip, and our family is truly so grateful for the care he received. This place has been such a blessing during a really tough time for us. Everyone there from the nurses and CNAs to the directors and support team was genuinely kind, patient, and caring. They made sure my grandpa was comfortable, treated him with so much respect, and always took the time to talk with us and keep us updated. The cleaning staff kept everything so clean and welcoming, and the therapy team was incredible. They encouraged him every day and played such a huge role in his recovery. The whole atmosphere at Highland Meadows just feels warm and sincere. You can tell the people who work here truly care about their residents. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this much trust, but they absolutely earned it. We’re beyond thankful for everything the staff did for my grandpa and for the peace of mind they gave our family. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will really be cared for, Highland Meadows is exactly that.

Highland Meadows is an amazing facility to bring your family or friends who need rehab or a long term stay. The staff are amazing and facility looks incredible. From the time we walked in there was a receptionist who greeted us with hospitality and made us feel welcome. By the way this place smells amazing.haha. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone who may be in need of rehab or a long term stay. My love one is truly enjoying their time there and feels she is getting stronger by the day!

The Physical therapy department is excellent. I was warmly welcomed by everyone. After reviewing my chart, a special plan was designed just for me. The individual therapists were always conscious of my pain levels and helped to keep me motivated. I never felt pressured as they took me through the exercises. I now feel strong enough and confident in my ability to go home. I was pleased to learn they have an out patient program too. After my next surgery I will return for final therapy. The Director of the program, John works hard to give you motivation and participation.

Excellent facility. I cannot recommend enough. The staff in each department made sure to communicate with my family throughout each step of the process, from when we first came in, through rehabilitation and finally when it was time to bring my grandfather home. The nurses and the aides were very attentive and the therapists were quick to answer any questions that we had, which really helped in easing our minds. Also, this is the cleanest facility that I have ever been in. It smells great and the courtyard is a beautiful place to sit and have your coffee in the mornings.

Our experience so far has been 100 % positive. The PT and OT teams are advancing my husband every day. It is the main reason that my husband is here and he is doing great with their assistance. The meals here are delicious. I have personally complimented the kitchen staff. Everything is flavorful and the meals are wonderfully balanced. The nursing staff is also amazing. Always available and knowledgeable. The facility is kept immaculately clean. They are extremely thorough. Shout out to Dashawn Carter who makes sure that my husband’s room is clean from floor to ceiling. Everyone here exhibits care, kindness and compassion and we’re glad that we chose this facility to get my husband back on his feet.
