My grandmother was here for a few months and it started out okay. After a while she became weak and it pain. One time specifically during the middle of the night she was unable to press her call button being that she was so weak for an increase in pain medication and she laid there for hours waiting for the staff to do their rounds. They told our family that they do checks every 2 hours but the timeline does not add up. I understand that sometimes staff is needed elsewhere, however she needed staff that night as well. She also ended up with sores from not being changed consistently after soiling herself. I wish I could say there was good end of life care for her, but there was not. I would never recommend this establishment.

The people who work at Villas @ Roseville are phenomenal! They are so caring and delightful, I could’ve stayed for months, not a week, as I did! Thank you to everyone!!

I was treated very well by the therapy staff. They were very professional yet personable. My nurse ZACH was the best and should receive an raise. And Colin was very good and helpful as well. My room was clean everyday I give the villas 5 stars.

Rose of Sharon simply should not be operating. Period. Nobody should have to subject their loved one to the conditions there. Very disheartening. Way too many patients and way too few staff. They are woefully understaffed and while there are some good care givers, they simply cannot keep up and are overshadowed by others who just don't seem to care. I can only assume their attitudes are due to being completely overwhelmed. The facility itself also appears to have not been updated for MANY years, and has equipment and furnishings that are falling apart and unsafe. My father went there for transitional care after a fall and basically laid in bed for 4 days without even being evaluated for physical therapy. Thankfully we were able to transfer him to another facility fairly quickly. The experience scarred him. :-(

Every time I visit my mom she smells and isn't changed and the bed is wet. There was a puddle of urine on the floor. They came in to change her and put her bed on the soaked bed not with fresh bedding! Last time there were flies everywhere and landing on her like trash. I told the nurse to keep her clean frequently like a baby because she won't tell anybody if she needs anything. The other roommate had to deal with that. It was very hot this summer. The pictures on here show a TV and bed table. You have to provide your own everything. To use the phone you have to walk down a hall. It breaks up badly. My mom's hospital table was absolutely filthy and she puts yogurt and bananas in there to rot. She has dementia. They need to give her things when she's ready to eat them unless it's a non perishable item. Every person iny high rise that has been sent here has told me they don't change bandages and reuse old ones and so they've nearly lost their feet. My mom is at risk of that they said and she's diabetic! It's their fault! They send my friend home from rehab and didn't tell her she tested positive for COVID and 2 days later she was in the hospital. She was sent to a wonderful place in Wisconsin and she was sent flowers when she left. Close this place down if you can't keep it sanitary and put a residents life at risk. Nursing home neglect and abuse is not right. A woman even got mad and shouted get up! My mom can't even turn over without help. She used to sit up to take pictures which my family wants but she's so dirty and won't sit up because she can't. They aren't making her get up to exercise. I have complained. My friend went to court to fight the system and lost! His skin was awful on his feet and badly infected. I cringe at pictures. Another friend told me clear alcohol is handed to residents in bottles by their guests. He saw staff doing drugs. Don't send your family here unless it's for physical therapy nothing else. Not as a resident. They wouldn't want this to happen to their family members so don't do it to ours. My mom wasn't sent anywhere else because she was seen as a danger because she tried to commit suicide many years ago. She's not like that anymore. I should've been called as soon as I was told she wasn't going to be able to live at home anymore. I was told 2 months later. She was in memory care at United and did very well there. They took great care of her and had her walking and doing activities. She hasn't done any of that in a long time. They should be forced to exercise so they don't get weak and have bed sores. So they don't get depressed and have fresh air. It's dark. My brother passed from COVID. I'm all she has besides her sister. I can't get there without a ride or when she visits twice a year.
