I have lived here for a year and 8 months. My experience here has been ok not to complain about. However the last 4months has been really great since the CNA Marissa came. Her energy a burst of sunshine. Her smile lights up the whole room. When she's here I know my room is going to get clean. I, myself will get thoroughly clean which is my main concern. She gets me up and dressed on time and I am grateful for her to be here at Roswell Nursing Center. There are quite a few good CNA's here but Marissa is my favorite.
Our experience with this nursing home has been extremely disappointing. My loved one was neglected repeatedly while under their care. They fell out of bed on multiple occasions and suffered frequent urinary tract infections due to poor hygiene and attention. They were in and out of the hospital far too often for issues that should have been prevented with proper care. I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe and attentive environment for their family member.
If I was able to, I would not give this facility any stars and no amount of money is worth this faciltiy!
Precious is! The young CNA appropriately named Precious Miller spends each day at Roswell Nursing and Rehabilitation providing the residents cheerful and detail oriented care. Care and cleaning of residents is done with a light touch and a thoroughness that is much appreciated. The superior fitness of this part time weight lifter means she never gets tired and has energy to share. The residents and faculty are lucky to have her.
Just wanted to come by and show some to one of Roswell Center of Nursing jewels. She is sweet, kind, loving and very helpful. She has a good spirit and a great attitude. We atRoswell Center of Nursing is lucky to have her.
My husband is presently in this facility and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with everything. Staff is caring, accommodating, understanding and patient. Food is delicious. Security is taken very seriously. I am thankful for these angels caring for this sad, difficult group of residents.
