The place was horrible. Most of the staff are incompetent and lazy(to where some staff beg for more better staff). The food is horrible and unorganized. Some of the staff do malpractice. Clothes will be stolen(even named). They don't give all your prescriptions. Staff would lie about you not pooing and have you to drink laced drinks or food with laxatives. The staff will drug you for no reason. Their beds are out of date and break. The staff don't usually answer red button for patients. They don't have a backup generator for storms.
We visited a senior relative on Sunday. She spoke highly of the care and personel at Ridgeview. Everything seemed to be clean and bright. Caregiver coming in near the end of our visit seemed very pleasant and considerate of her.
The nursing home is no place for a person to be but if I had to be in one Ridgeview at Rutledge is where I'd want to be they went out of their way and above and beyond to be kind to my daddy and my family the office people the therapy people the nurses the doctor the CNAs the people in the kitchen everybody went out of their way and I certainly appreciate the love and the kindness that they showed my daddy and my family the short time that we was there there
My son is being carried well for they explained a lot of things and a nice atmospher he seems to be liking it a lot down there they're taking good care of him he seems to be happy right now
My mother was a resident at Ridgeview Terrace for about a month as she transitioned from a hospital stay to a memory care unit.
I felt that she was in pretty bad shape upon her arrival there, but the nurses and staff at Ridgeview really turned her around. Everyone acts professional and courteously, and I cannot say enough good things about them.
