This place is the worst. They fire you for no reason, they play favorites. The girl Danielle who does showers treats the residents bad tells them to shut up. The administrator and director knows how she treats the patients and does not do any thing about it. A lot of patients have bed sores and do not have any kind of treatment for them. They do not believe in repositioning every two hours. When residents ask for more food they deny them unless the state is there. The administrator Leann violates hipa by telling every residents history. Please do not bring your loved one here. These people act like they care when they really don’t.

Hello,
If you have a loving person in need of a nursing home I beg you please do not go here. My grandmother has been neglected and suffering for several weeks because the staff here cannot do their own paying job. She had to get ended up in the hospital because she had severe bed sores which have gotten as bad as you can see her bone. The staff take a long time to get your attention and nobody informs you about recent patient condition unless you ask.
Update - my grandmother passed away. Neglect was obvious. If that wasn’t horrible enough The nurses called her daughter hours after it happened, because they had no idea she had passed away since no one checked up on her…. I hope this place has shut down for good. Stay away from this facility or any other kind under their management
My father has been living in this facility for about a year now and my wife and I love the care he is getting!!! The staff are top notch and he's getting 24/7 care! They are fantastic!!!
My sister was force placed here. Although clean, hate it, understaffed and takes forever to get assistance. It is a lockdown facility so lots of mental problems present including pervs. Which she doesn't need. Very loud.
THE WORST LEVEL OF CARE IN THE COUNTY...DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL BE NEGLECTED AND ABUSED AD THE COUNTY WON'T DO AYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE THE LICENSING AGENT IS FRIENDS WITH THE STAFF. KIM TAKAOTA IS THE NAME.......EVEN IF YOU REPORT IT THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT..THIS I THE UMBUDSMAN OFFICE..
